THIS IS PRIMARILY A MONTHLY RENTAL BUT WE ARE ALLOWED TO RENT WEEKLY THREE TIMES A YEAR. SINCE WE PRIMARILY RENT MONTHLY THAT IS THE RATE WE ADVERTISE. WE HAVE USED THE THREE WEEKLY RENTALS WE ARE ALLOWED FOR 2024 SO THERE ARE NOT ANY REMAINING WEEKLY RENTALS. The weekly rate is $6500. If you would like to rent for 2 weeks, the second week is 50% off the weekly rate. We have 6 bedrooms but are limited to 10 guests by Florida county rules.
We have a pool and hot tub that can be heated if you desire. The cost of heating the pool from November through April is an additional $500 a month.
The Sandcastle beach house is a 3-story home with ultra-comfortable furnishings and a sense of style you will love. Set in the oceanfront Ocean Hammock resort, this large home offers relaxation, views of the ocean and golf course, deluxe accommodations, and more amenities than you will believe. There are 9 TVs in the house with two lounging areas in addition to the living room and three balconies for large groups as well as 8 bicycles, pool, hot tub, and a pool table and arcade game. We have just upgraded the 8 seat theater with a projector and a 120in screen and surround sound. We want your vacation here to be fun for the entire family so there is a margarita machine that also makes shaved ice and a Mickey Mouse waffle maker for children of all ages. If you have ever stayed at the Walt Disney World Carribean Beach hotel in one of their Pirate Themed rooms, you know how beloved those rooms were. Those themed rooms were removed in the latest hotel update. However, the opportunity to stay in one of those rooms is not lost. We were able to acquire one of only a few of those rooms furnishings that were saved, and we now have a Pirate Themed Room at the Sandcastle. We also have circulating hot water for quick hot water when needed and a whole house filtration and water conditioning system. Don't worry about getting around the three stories, there is an elevator for your convenience.
The property has 6 bedrooms, 2 master suits with King beds, two bedrooms 1 with king and 1 with a queen bed, 1 bedroom with two queen beds, and 1 bedroom with a pirate theme that has a full bed. Every vacation needs a pool to compliment the beach - you have one when you stay at The Sandcastle beach house. Enjoy lounging in the sun while the kids splash around at the private beach which is just a few steps away or in your own private pool and hot tub. There is a mini bar next to the pool entrance on the first floor with a mini frig for additional cold beverages and the cabinet is stocked with unbreakable glasses. On cloudy days or in the evening, enjoy a movie in the 8 seat theater room with a projector and 120 inch screen and surround sound or play a game of pool, challenge each other on the arcade game or play cards in the recreation room. Pack light and enjoy our washer and dryer – we have one on both the second and third floor. You can also retreat to the shady patio after splashing around in the pool. From the moment you pull into the driveway you’ll know that you’ve booked your vacation stay in someplace special. The two master suits offer ocean views from one of the master suites and golf course views from the other. All of the bedrooms have their own flat screen TVs and a cool restful ambiance that is exactly what you want after a busy day in Palm Coast. It even boasts three separate living areas, the living room on the second floor, another open area with three couches and a TV on the third floor and a recreation room with TV, pool table, arcade game and card table on the first floor. During a vacation, private spaces can be just as important as togetherness!
The main living room regales you with high coffered ceilings, two banks of bright windows overlooking the ocean and the golf course and pool, a HDTV, and a pair of couches just right for sinking into for a leisurely chat. It borders the dining area and the kitchen in this open floor plan that allows large parties to stay in touch while doing their own thing. Even when you dine indoors at The Sandcastle, the views don't stop: three sliding doors open fully to bring the outdoors in and allow access to a private balcony overlooking the pool. There are three other balconies with views of the ocean or the pool and golf course.
While there are many tempting restaurants and cafes in Palm Coast, if you choose to cook at home while at The Sandcastle, you will be delighted by the kitchen accommodations here. Not only is there a center island with a sink for your helpers, there is also a long breakfast bar for all of the observers. Stainless-steel appliances await your culinary creations and well-stocked cupboards and drawers offer you many choices. The Sandcastle has the full compliment of serving dishes, pots, and pans, cook's tools, and abundance of wine glasses. And when everyone begins to nod off, the bedrooms at The Sandcastle promise a great night's sleep for every member of the party with memory foam mattresses in every room. The two master suites certainly steal most of the thunder, with their king-sized beds, balconies with enviable ocean views or golf course views, flat screen TVs, and en- suite baths with dual vanities and walk-in shower. But those are only two of 6 bedrooms at the Sandcastle!
The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed and is on the third floor with spectacular ocean views from the windows or the balcony. The fourth bedroom is also on the third floor and has a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and the fifth bedroom is on the first floor with two queen beds and access to the pool. These rooms are ideal for other couples traveling with you. The sixth bedroom is the pirate themed room with a full bed.
There is no "bad" bedroom at The Sandcastle! All linens are provided for you, plus towel sets for every bathroom. Look in the linen or room closets for extra pillows and blankets. There are two full-sized washer and dryer sets in laundry rooms on the second and third floors and the house has free WiFi for your convenience. The Sandcastle is designed for your comfort, and getting a great night's sleep can sometimes be the very best part of a perfect vacation.
