Un super séjour, super bien situé
L'appartement est super, à 50m de la plage dans le joli quartier du Racou. Les propriétaires ont su répondre à toutes nos questions et Marc nous a très bien accueillis. On reviendra 😉

Perfekte Ferienwohnung in super Lage
Wir waren im August 2023 drei Wochen in der Wohnung. Sie hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles, was man brauchen kann, war vorhanden, sehr sauber und in bestem Zustand. Die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet. Die eigene Terrasse mit Sonnendach war unser high-ligth. Die Kommunikation mit den freundlichen Vermietern war angenehm. Wir haben die Zeit in Le Racou sehr genossen. Wir hatten uns vorher über die Lage der Wohnung informiert und waren damit sehr zufrieden. Weniger als 100 Meter von der Haustür bis zum Strand. Insgesamt: Wir waren begeistert und können die Wohnung ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen. Einen herzlichen Dank und beste Grüße an die Vermieter!

Rėsidence au calme à 2 pas de la plage
Séjour familial en août réussi dans cet appartement bien équipé avec une terrasse très agréable et ombragée. Les enfants ont profité de la piscine, la plage et juste en face. Épicerie sur place avec le nécessaire, des restaurants pour se faire plaisir. Rue animée mais pas de sono le soir, nous avons très bien dormi. Propriétaire très urbain et réactif, je recommande.

Perfect private family holiday
People: Very polite and friendly owners (exchange by email) and helpful contact person to the handover on site close by. flexible response to our travel conditions (came by overnight sleeping train from Paris). Also friendly neighbors probably mainly owners. French corner with just a few foreign guests. Site: Perfect size for four people. We put a single bed for our little one next to the double bed. So the big one had her own bedroom. We often cooked - the kitchen is well equipped among other things with modern induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher. Enough space in the dining or living room toilet separated from the bathroom with spacious shower. Every room equipped with air conditioning, but we just used it twice shortly before sleeping. Especially the terrace in the little protected garden we used a lot. Also the shared pool area with a small and a bigger swimming pool was perfekt and cleaned up every day before 9 a.m. Linen and cleaning comes extra. Surroundings: A great beach with coarse sand in the immediate vicinity. Shallow access and rocky area for snorkeling starting in the area to the right. Cute little cottage settlement on the beach. Smaller restaurants and kiosks for most in the immediate vicinity. Larger shopping facilities can only be reached by car. Generally more secluded. Approximately every hour there is a minibus for 1€ per adult to Argeles (beach and town centre). From the train station we could go to Racou in 10 minutes. Back no more taxis were available. Only the super-friendly driving assistance of a person on site saved us. All in all a great summer holiday!

Semaine au Racou parfaite !
Très belle prestation, appartement décoré avec goût, rénové récemment, pratique avec son jardinet en rez-de-chaussée.🏖️☀️😁 Un bémol pour les propriétaires de certains appartements de la résidence qui ne devraient pas oublier que le Racou ne survivra pas sans touriste... Un petit sourire ou un bonjour sont toujours les bienvenus... Et un bel exemple pour les enfants des locataires de passage. 🙄

Tolle Wohnung, klasse Lage, nette Vermieter!
Wir (33, 37) verbrachten zwei sehr schöne Wochen in der Ferienwohnung. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und lässt im mittleren Standard unserer Meinung nach keine Wünsche offen. Mit der Vermieterin hatten wir im Vorfeld und nach dem Urlaub sehr netten Kontakt per E-Mail und Telefon. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen! Mon ami et moi (37, 33) avons passé de bonnes vacances à l'appartement! Il est très bien équipé, il ne manque rien. Il y avait de contact très sympa avec la propriétaire (par mail et télephone). Nous étions très heureux d'avoir choisi l'appartement.
