Un excellent emplacement dans une super ville, et à proximité de la plage.

Ce n'est pas une propriété conçue pour la location, mais son emplacement, son prix et la gentillesse de la direction en font un lieu de séjour idéal pour ceux qui n'ont pas des critères très élevés. Tout était là, mais pas tout neuf, et le lit de la chambre a vraiment besoin d'être remplacé. Le balcon à l'avant est idéal pour les repas, le marché est proche et la plage encore plus proche. Attention au vent et aux vieilles fenêtres et volets - c'est amusant !

Super Urlaub

Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stockwerk, was an sich kein Problem darstellt. Wir hatten allerdings unser SUP dabei und konnten es nicht über das schmale Treppenhaus hochtragen. Somit haben wir es nur ein Mal im Hof aufgepumpt und nach der Nutzung wieder im Auto verstaut. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer war sehr gut (es gab wohl vorher Anmerkungen dass es nicht gut wäre). Die Klimaanlage haben wir nicht vermisst da es immer einen angenehmen Wind gab. Alles in allem war es ein schöner und erholsamer Urlaub. Ich wollte gar nicht mehr weg....

Séjour agréable entre amis

Nous avons passée un super séjour pour le période d’août. L’appartement est idéalement située au cœur du grau agde, cadre familiale et plage magnifique à deux pas de l’appartement. L’appartement dispose de tous les équipements nécessaire malgré son côté ancien. Les différents hôtes ont tous été disponible et très aimable, je recommande fortement ce logement et Jean Claude ! Encore merci :)

Bel appartement, certes ancien, mais avec tout le confort nécessaire. Idéalement situé près de la mer et des commerces. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire très à l'écoute de demandes particulières. Une location à conseiller vivement dans une région à découvrir.

Appartement fonctionnel, très bien placé.

L'appartement est conforme aux descriptions sur le site, la rue est calme et il est à deux pas du centre ville et de la plage. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement.

Séjour très agréable

L’appartement est situé à un emplacement optimal; proche de la plage et des commerces mais dans une rue adjacente ce qui fait qu’il est aussi très calme. Il possède aussi tous les equipements necessaires. Le propriétaire est disponible et arrangeant. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et renviendrons avec plaisir lors de prochaines vacances.

Du bonheur pendant 3 semaines

Juste un petit mot pour vous exprimer notre bonheur pendant 3 semaines et vous remercier pour l'attention que vous portez à vos hôtes : bouteille de Muscat et pot de miel à notre arrivée. L'appartement est charmant, très propre et il ne manque rien, vous avez pensé à tout. Aucune mauvaise surprise. L'immeuble est très calme, la plage à 5 mn à pied et le centre ville également à 5 mn avec son marché quotidien. Les commerçants sont adorables. En ce qui nous concerne, nous revenons l'année prochaine c'est certain.

Lovely Sunny Apartment all amenities

We had a lovely long weekend at Le Drau d'Agde in mid June 2016. Great communication with the owners and Ruta who meets and greets. Spotlessly clean. The apartment is a short walk from the beach and shops. Le Grau d'Agde is a peaceful small town so much nicer than the sprawling resorts further up the coast. Belziers and Canal du Mudi are close by and well worth a visit. We were 2 adults (Mr and Mrs) travelling.

Parfait !!

Bonjour, plusieurs séjours passés dans cette location. On s'y sent vraiment bien. Le coin est calme et agréable à apprécier car les commerces et la mer sont tous près. N'hésitez pas à y aller.

Delightful apartment in a super location

My husband and I stayed at this wonderful apartment for two weeks. It is comfortable, well-equipped and conveniently located for your every need. The beach and friendly markets are an easy walk from the building. Both the owner and his property assistant are lovely and communication with them was excellent. It's location in the Languedoc-Roussillon region gives you easy access to explore beautiful villages, vineyards and the numerous natural and historical sites. We would absolutely consider returning to this apartment in the future without any hesitation.
