Recently updated, spectacular views, generous sleeping arrangements for 10, and ample seating and dining all make this condo the perfect host to your next family vacation or gathering at the beach.

Upon entering this luxury condo you're immediately drawn to the floor-to-ceiling windows and doors spanning the entire living area. The private balcony offers the most amazing views for enjoying morning coffee as you watch the dolphins ride the waves. The large flat-screen TV and ample seating will allow everyone to spend time together on your vacation. Formal dining seating and added seating at the breakfast bar will allow everyone to enjoy meals together. The gourmet kitchen features every upgrade with high-end cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and every tool you'll need to create coastal cuisine that will amaze and satisfy every palate.

At sea level, both the Gulf and the tropical lagoon pool at Long Beach Resort serve to cool guests off after a day of sunbathing on the pristine beach. Enjoy the poolside fare at The Hangout, where a variety of sandwiches, snacks, and beverages are available throughout the day. At the end of the day, guests are invited to spend the evening in the warm waters of our seasonally heated Polynesian pools and whirlpool spas.

Sunsets galore

We absolutely loved the layout and location of this property. Perfect for myself, my husband and my sister, with an occasional guest. The beach and sunsets were stunning. When our family came for a few days we had plenty of room and the location was perfect. Blue Swell responded super fast and took care of the issue we had with the tv right away. We would stay here again and again.

The view is absolutely amazing from this 12th floor condo. There are several pools and hot tubs to choose from on premises. The bedrooms are lovely, each with their own bathrooms. The only negatives I noticed are the water doesn't get very hot and the kitchen sink faucet is a little finicky.

Great Winter Week

This was the most perfect layout in a condo that I've stayed at in my 50 years of going to the Gulf for vacation! Each bedroom with it's own bath was awesome for my group for personal privacy. The furniture on balcony was wonderful and kitchen was well equipped. We experienced the coldest week and snow fall in PCB in a few decades a resident told us, but who cares! In January it was the sound of the ocean waves, peace and tranquility that I came for. Plus the beautiful sunsets were amazing!

Ladies Winter Getaway

We light the location of the property and the specific Condo was a perfect fit. We loved the panoramic view and the floor to ceiling windows. There were three ladies, and we all had an ensuite bathroom and waterfront beach views from our bedrooms rooms and balcony access from every room. The condo tower itself is just steps from the beach. I did utilize the hot tub once and it was low on water but still warm. We always prefer staying in a condo and like to utilize a full kitchen, and it was nicely stocked. The only things that were negative was the very strong deodorizing smell in the lobby of the towers and the interior of condo unit itself could have used a fresh coat of paint. It was nicely decorated and we understand that is from wear and tear. I didn’t read the fine print and booked this condo because of the beach chairs then later found out the chair service is not offered in the winter. We really appreciated the comfortable balcony furniture and incredible beach view and easy beach access. We would definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving pre holiday

This property is a definite go to for a family getaway. There is enough room for everyone, very clean. Television remotes didn’t work very well. Overall, I will try to reserve this condo in the future.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon entrance, my 89 yr old mother tripped over double sand filled mats at front door. Spilled her water, when we went to wipe it up, you could tell floors were NOT mopped. TV in LR was bad, sound was terrible. LR furniture very uncomfortable and worn out. Just wasn't comfortable for elderly people wanting to sit around, enjoy the beautiful views and sunsets. Temperature inside was also hard to regulate. BR TV (with double beds) volume would not go high enough.

I was there for a conference

The space was perfect for my 2 coworkers and I to be able to have our own private space and bathrooms but have a common area to enjoy when we weren’t at our conference. The management team is very easy to work with. The guidebook had all the pertinent information. The accommodations had everything we needed. My coworkers mentioned beds weren’t as comfy as they preferred but that is the only somewhat negative comment I have for this stay.

Loved everything about this condo. Very clean. Beautifully furnished. Nice beachy feel. Spacious bedrooms. Nice that each bedroom had their own bathroom (important for families). Awesome views from the balcony. The extra balcony was a nice perk. Perfect location. Just an all around great experience. Would definitely stay there again next time we come to PCB!

The view from the balcony was beautiful. Everything from check in to check out was great with Blue Swell Resorts. They even sent me a text to let us know our condo was clean and available for early check in. That was nice after a 12 hour overnight drive. I would definitely use Blue Swell again for my next vacation.
