About this property

We are located on the most narrow spot on the island, so literally water on both sides! We are a 3 bed, 2 1/2 bath, 2 living rooms on Little Sabine Bay with a common green grass yard and private docks, perfect for swimming and relaxing! It is so beautiful and private. This is strictly for 8 people. Right across the street is the beautiful gulf, 90 steps from our place. Our beach spot is mostly private! So peaceful! Sitting on our balcony with a glass of wine at night is truly magical, so private, tranquil and relaxing. Our place has 2 living rooms, one on the bayside and one near the kitchen. So Nice! The master has 2 queen beds along with its private bath, double sinks, tub/shower. The other 2 bedrooms each have a queen and a twin bed in the room. We are located on the most perfect spot on the beach, so easy to get to so many great restaurants. The walk/bike path is right outside our door and it's so wonderful to run, walk, bike to so many places.

Relaxing family getaway

Perfect family getaway. Great location.. fishing and beautiful view of bay in back yard and short walk across the street for relaxing on the beach. The townhouse has everything you need (kitchen essentials and beach chairs). Bikes and paddle boards are a plus unfortunately we didn’t utilize it. We just enjoy walking around the area instead. Bedrooms were clean, well decorated and comfortable. I love the 2 living rooms. Very spacious. Host was friendly and accommodating. Overall a great stay!!

Fantastic place!!! A MUST stay!

This property has everything you could possibly want and more! A few minutes walk to the stunning beach, a beautiful back yard with amazing access to the bay literally steps from the back door. Love, love, love the balcony!! So much space and room. Paddle boards and bikes were so much fun! A quiet, family oriented neighborhood. No loud, obnoxious party people. Very fun and very relaxing vacation. Alyson, the host is amazing! This was my second stay here, and hope to come back again soon!

Close to everything !

My family and I have been staying at this unit for the past 5 years. Lots of room,3 bedrooms with 2 beds in each room. A den and a living room. A fully equipped kitchen. The paddle boards and bikes are a big plus! My grandsons really enjoyed them ! Lots of beach chairs and a nice gas grill. Alyson is a great host and we keep coming back every year !

Perfect stay for the family. Plenty of beds for everyone to pick, two living areas one large tv down stairs and one upstairs. Covered carport to get ready for a 2 minute walk to the beach boardwalk. Would stay again for sure

Fantastic location! Steps from bay and just a short walk acroas street to Pensacola Beach. Kitchen floor needs work and steak knives would be a plus. Sliding door tough to close. Beds and pillows were super comfortable and bikes and paddle boards a huge plus! Would definitely come back.

Great place to stay!

We loved the house and location. I have 3 teens and some days they would fish off the docks and use the bolo boards in the bay. From the docks, we saw several dolphins, and on the days when the Blue Angels practiced, you could see them in the distance The beach was an easy with a crosswalk across the street. The kids loved using the bikes to get Açaí bowls and coffee near the pier. The house is very spacious. I love an owner-run house vs dealing with a property manager because there are usually extra benefits. Alyson’s place had some basic cooking spices, salt and pepper and things like sweetener packets for coffee. Any dish or or cooking utensil you could need was in the kitchen. It felt like we were staying at a family beach house. There were probably 10+ beach chairs. We used the backpack style ones and carried a cooler and towels to the beach. There were boogie boards and beach toys and floats available to use as well! We love Pensacola Beach as an alternative to the busier high density areas like PCB, Destin or Orange Beach/Gulf Shores. There are great restaurants and shops, mini golf, and you have the benefit of the bay AND the beach! Alyson was great to work with! We will be back!

Family Spring Break 2024

This place is amazing. The location was perfect, a walk across the road to the beach or out the back door to the bay. Alyson, was wonderful to work with. The booking was easy, the price was good for peak of spring break 2024. The location was easy to find, the surrounding buildings were nice and well kept. Fort Pickens is a short distance away for a great day trip and where you can see the Blue Angels when flying, be sure to get there early. Alyson gave us some insider tips for food and attractions (that we second on being top notch) in the area prior to our arrival. Everything we needed for a trip to the beach was located in the house. Sitting on the deck overlooking the bay was so peaceful for us all (we even seen dolphins one evening). The place was clean, comfortable with great window lighting and plenty of cooking utensils/flatware. Just be sure to bring your own supplies, we stopped at a local store and bought toiletries and food for the week. They have thought of everything, even providing a few books, magazines, and games. Being closer to the end of the island was very quiet and peaceful and the beaches weren't crowded. It felt very safe, and kid friendly, they even have kids toys in the closet with all the beach stuff. We will be staying here again in the future.

My sisters and I had a girls weekend planned and the condo was perfect for our stay. It had everything as promised, was clean, and well located. The view is great and even though it was cold and we didn’t use the paddle boards and bikes, it was nice that they are offered. Would definitely stay here again.

just a couple suggestions that would have made stay easier

Unit was pretty much as shown in pictures. If there was any negative, it would have been nice if there were a few more amenities supplied such as more than 1 dishwasher soap pac, more than 1 roll of paper towels, bathroom toiletries such as a couple bars of soap. When only staying 4 nights, you hate to have to go and buy extras of these items, as you can't just buy a couple. Otherwise, we were happy and Alyson was great to work with.

Outstanding Condo

This is our 3rd year staying at this Condo. There's more than enough room for a large family. The Paddle boards and bicycles are a big plus ! The Condo is in excellent condition and well equipped. Close to the boardwalk and great restaurants. Balcony overlooking the bay, 30 feet out the back door or walk across the street to swim in the Gulf !. You will not be sorry with this Condo and Alyson is a wonderful host !!

Great family vacation

Our family included a 5 year old, two 11 year olds, myself and hubs with my aging mother. We selected this condo for the views and all the amenities, so we could pack light and squeeze everyone in the minivan. Our host Alyson, was superb, and the views did not disappoint. We enjoyed fabulous dinners watching the sunset, and the gulf was a quick walk across the street. Rented a pontoon boat and had easy access to the dock. We caught crab from the pier and enjoyed the paddle boards and bikes. Alyson’s advice to get into Peg Legs was super convenient. Great seafood and an amazing burger. My favorite rental at Pensacola beach!

Beach get a way

Even though we didn’t get to spend much time soaking up the sun due to weather we still had a good time. Having the Sabine right behind the condo worked out great. The owners had all kinds of water toys to enjoy. The paddle boards made it fun to enjoy the water and the bikes made for some great bike rides checking out the homes and shops on the beach. Great restaurants in the area like Peg Legs, Crabs, Flounders, and the Grand Marlin are all within walking distance or a short bike or car ride. Also a short ride across the bay to Gulf Breeze for the grocery stores and other restaurants. We only stayed a few days for a quick get a way but the condo was perfect for the trip with plenty of room. We would definitely recommend and will book it again if it’s available during our next trip to Pensacola Beach to visit friends and family in the area.

Quiet Getaway

Stayed here for 4 nights in early April and loved it! The location was close to many attractions but also felt very private. The owner responded to questions promptly and gave some very helpful tips, such as how to get on Yelp waiting lists for in-demand restaurants. There was a generous supply of linens, and the kitchen was well stocked. The beach was lovely and we had very easy access to it across the street, but we ended up spending most of our time enjoying the gorgeous views of the bay (including many dolphin sightings!). The bikes, paddle boards, and beach chairs provided made our time there extra enjoyable. (Would recommend protective foot gear for swimming in the bay to avoid scrapes/cuts from some barnacles in the area; we wore rubber slip on shoes and were fine.)

There's nothing like Pensacola an island and you see water all the time everywhere you go! It's so beautiful and we have been coming here for 60 years. Beautiful white sugar sand and the beautiful water to match. We love our spot on this wonderful island!

We get the benefits of the beautiful gulf right across the street but we also enjoy the quiet water on Little Sabine Bay where you have more privacy and opportunity to enjoy paddle boarding and swimming in the calm bay. Love our sunsets and views!
