• Building B -Affects are mainly from the A building next door. Its a shared property so any affected amenities listed affect both buildings.

• Building A - will begin in mid-August of 2024, and is anticipated to be completed by June 2025. Outdoor pool will be closed. Indoor pool will be open!


• Storage of materials is affecting parking for BOTH buildings. Guests are recommended to limit themselves to one vehicle if at all possible.


The property intends to keep the extensive phases of the work at a minimum during peak seasons, as to not pose major disturbances to guests though noise on site is expected. Parking patterns may be affected during exterior coating work on the north side of the building facing the parking lot as well as due to storage of materials.
