COPPER RIDGE ESTATE: 9 bedrooms (including a bunk room), easily accommodating 18, with entertaining spaces to support such a crowd: a lavish great room with wood burning fireplace and grand mountain views, gourmet kitchen w/ breakfast bar for 4 and informal table for 6, family room, and formal dining room on the upper level, and a 12-seat theater, indoor heated pool, game room and gym on the lower level. For smaller-scale quality time, such as intimate conversation and quiet reflection, numerous cozy niches are carved throughout the home’s 10,100 square feet.

In Season: (November - March)
Base Rate for 6 or less nights (2 night minimum stay except where noted i.e. Christmas - New Year's, winter break, etc. )
In Season:
Sun - Thur: $3700.00/night (non holiday)
Fri. & Sat.: 4100/night (non holiday)

NO Cleaning Fee Charged; however, if home is requires extensive cleaning after your check out (more than laundry, bathrooms and general house keeping) $500.00 or MORE will be deducted from your security deposit.

Please note we do have exterior security cameras that are remotely monitored by our alarm company and management or owners to ensure only registered guests are on the property. Guests are also able to view the same POV from home screen.
We also have a camera in the pool room and by the hot tub that is only on when the home is not occupied - for insurance purposes - guests are also able to confirm this via the home control screen in kitchen.
