The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths that accommodates up to 6. Additional fees apply for more than 4 people. Per person fees cannot be prorated.
The Master Suite has a king bed, TV, ceiling fan, 2 walk-in closets and private sliding doors to the backyard. Master bath suite features dual sinks, walk in shower and separate soaker tub.
Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, ceiling fan and sliding closet doors. The hall bathroom has a combo tub/shower and sink. Bedroom 3 features two twin beds, ceiling fan and sliding door closet. A Queen airbed is also available for use for an extra fee of $25 per night. Guest bathroom features toilet/sink only.
The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, full-size oven and four burner gas stove. There is a Keurig coffee maker with coffee supplies provided. The kitchen also has a dishwasher and plenty of kitchenware. Dining table has seating for 6 as well as 4 at the island.
Linens, bath and pool towels are provided. Laundry area with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.
Living room TV has a DVD/BluRay player ready for Netflix/HULU/Amazon, etc. *USE YOUR OWN LOGINS* WiFi for the entire house and built in surround sound system for living room and pool area.
Courtyard features private pool/spa, spacious seating area, 2 lounge chairs, propane bbq. Pool heating is not currently available. Spa heating is $20 per night. Spa heat cannot be prorated as it cannot be turned on and off daily.
Home is not in an HOA and has plenty of street parking, however, please always be respectful of neighbors who are not on vacation with regards to parking and noise. Driveway parking for1 available, Street parking for 1. *2 CARS MAXIMUM* Garage is not available for use. STREET PARKING ON HOUSE SIDE OF STREET ONLY. No RV/Toy Hauler, Trailer or Boat Parking.

We will not be available in person but we do have a local property manager who will be available for emergencies or personal attention if needed.

Other things to note:

During Festival weekends in April, the cleaning fee is increased to $300 and it is $50 extra per person per night for each person over 4.

Cleaning fee is increased to $250 for stays over 4 people. For stays longer than a week, cleaning fee is charged per each week and cleaning service will be scheduled during the stay.

To heat the spa there is a $20 per night charge. Heating charges cannot be prorated. VRBO has the charges built into their platform. We will refund heating charges during summer months or if not needed or wanted.
