Spend your days lounging around the private pool surrounded by tropical gardens at Puerta Al Mar (Door to the Sea), this location is perfect for those who want a laid back, chilled out vacation. Stretch out and relax on a lounger with a book as you take full advantage of this quiet haven, with its own beach area, indulge in the serenity of the calm and still blue waters of the lagoon.

Cool off in your bright, airconditioned, spacious living area. Its double sliding doors recede into the walls to create an open and adaptable dining-living-front balcony space, allowing the outdoors inside. For those quiet evenings when you prefer to stay at home, each of the Smart TVs comes complete with Sky Satellite access. Relax with a movie in your lounge area or dine with friends around your large wooden dining table.

Prepare something delicious in the open kitchen, with its granite counter tops and quality appliances. This fully equipped kitchen comes with everything that you will need during your vacation, including a large two door refrigerator with drinking water, a stove, toaster oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, coffee machine for those morning coffees on the balcony and a blender for those fresh fruit smoothies.

Wake up in the comfortable King Bed in the Master Bedroom, with sea views from its own private balcony. This room comes complete with a Smart TV, closet space and a safe for your valuables. There is an ensuite with a large, glass walk in shower.

There are also 2 Second Bedrooms for guests to stay in comfort. 1 of the cozy second bedrooms comes with a King Bed, a dark wood closet, while the other comes with a king and twin, a Smart TV and a spacious closet. Lovely Condo

Clean, lovely Pool, it was nice to come back to a properly that was quiet and you could just enjoy the day when the rest of the island is very busy and has a lot of tourist.

Excellent condo. Well maintained property. Amazing pool.

Great unit - the pictures are slightly outdated as there is now a couch and two chairs in the deck, along with a small Weber barbecue (vs the outdoor dinette shown in the pictures). Location could not be better. This is a first floor unit (not ground floor but one up) that is the closest unit to the pool and beach m the entire condo. Doors retract into the walls which completely opens up the space. Adequate kitchen utilities minus an oven so don’t expect to bake or broil anything beyond what fits in a small toaster oven. Bottled water is provided and delivered and available through a tap on the counter and to the icemaker in the fridge (clever!). Sitting furniture is not that comfortable but the beds and linens were excellent. We were here with six adults in total and there was plenty of space for all. Pool is roughly 30m in length and was always around 90F, perfect for lounging in. Lovely and small beach and the water is shallow and grassy but safe and swimmable. Staff work hard, are attentive and polite and cheerful. All in all an absolutely lovely condo and we very much enjoyed it.

Annual gathering

Six of us from various parts of the planet stayed here and had a good time. Sadly the ocean swim here is too shallow for comfortable swimming without touching the seaweed. The pool and jacuzzi were great. Being able to catch the bus right in front is also great. So glad they have started the bus. Also nice that you never know which way the bus will go to take you downtown. Places to eat within walking distance are also nice. We were all happy with the great view and comfort.

Amazing

The propery was absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful gardens and flowers,massive pool,a dock and small beach. Never crowded or loud.. The condo itself was spectacular The pictures do not do it justice. It was very big, a well equipped kitchen,a master ensuite and private balcony,a big deck off the living roim with sunset views! I didnt think we would see it since we werent at Playa Norte! Well worth our money. Golf cart rental highly recommended to fully enjoy Isla

Great condo - wonderful stay

The condo was wonderful - fully stocked with everything you need for the kitchen, pool towels provided, grocery bags for shopping, and resources about the area. The check in and check out process with easy and great! Julia set up door-to-door transportation for us, very convenient. We rented a golf cart for two days, if we go back we would rent the golf cart for longer for access to the north beach and restaurants. We had a great snorkel trip, lots of fish and a great guide. We visited Garrafon Park - fun but touristy. The pool at the condo is great and you can snorkel out front. Overall a great trip! Mikes Pizza was wonderful!!

Just do it!

The property, grounds, pool, people, location were all beyond what we could have hoped for. The pictures only give you a hint of what you're dreaming and hoping. From the moment we arrived and dropped our bags we knew we had made the right decision. The condo sparkles, is immaculately clean, the view is stunning. The bed was very comfortable. Julia was so helpful and amazing at catching the little details that made all the difference. The door to door concierge service was on point, even with the hiccups from our end. Don't hesitate to work with her in scheduling. I truly can't say enough of how amazing this vacation was, from beginning to end. If you're thinking about it, JUST DO IT. We will definitely be back! Thank you Julia, Enrique, Manny, Antonio (? sorry to any who I don't name) and all the wonderful people on this island. God has blessed Sandy and Dennis

Everything we wanted!

Our group of 5 had a great week here!! Well appointed condo with a nice pool, hot tub and gym. We had a couple of normal maintenance issues that were handled promptly. The staff at PAM are very helpful and friendly as well. We love this property and will be back.

Quiet space away from people…

My family and I went on vacation to Isla Mujeres looking for a quiet place and we stayed for 4 days. Luis welcomed upon arrive and made us feel like home. The place was clean and spacious with all the necessary utensils to cook. The view was really nice from the first floor. It is an option to take a stairs or an elevator. I it was a convenient because we had a kid and was easy to watch him around. We have no trouble with any service at the apartment. The only issue it was that the air-conditioner in the living room could not be regulate. This was not a problem since it was cold and comfortable. If we wanted a distraction or a drink we could walk to the nearby beach bar hotel. Also the store was 15 minutes walking. I would come back to the place.

Great place to stay away from the busyness of downtown

The condo was clean, nice, and easily accessible. We rented a golf cart for the week, so come and go was easy for us. The staff was great and the condo was quiet and relaxing. The pool and hot tub were in great condition. Highly recommend this property.

Exceeds expectations!

We stayed here early March during spring break. When you see this place for the first time, you immediately realize the pictures don’t represent how nice this condo is. And it is spacious! The ocean/pool views from the main area and master are gorgeous. We never saw many people at the pool or in the hot tub and it was SPRING BREAK! The chairs on the beach became our fave spot to relax in the white sand and breeze under the coconut trees. They keep this property spotless! Met a few property owners staying there and all were so nice and helped us navigate the island and gave advice on little gems like their favorite places to eat. We worked with Julia to arrange the door to door service and to have a golf cart waiting for us upon arrival. That is a must…At least for a few days to, explore the island. And we went and bought our own groceries, no problem. There was a small group of college age men staying in the unit above and you can here them stomp around late some nights. It’s a good location away from the chaos of the north end. Therefore, we would definitely stay here again. Worth every penny!

Awesome as always

We love Puerta Al Mar and this unit was our favorite yet. Everything was made easy for us and on the two occasions we needed help, it was taken care of with amazing speed. We love this location as it allows us for o have it quiet and peaceful when we want it and then we hop into the golf cart and get anywhere on the Island in short order. We love Isla and Everything Isla did a wonderful job making our stay flawless. Thank you!!

Ideal island vacay

We loved puerta al mar! Beautiful property with pool and hot tub that was perfect for afternoon cocktails and meeting other guests/condo owners. Staff was very nice and helpful. It was easy to get around the island from this location. North beach was about a 20 minute ride by golf cart and it’s just fun riding around through town. The water by the beach was not very easy to swim in as it was shallow and heavy on seaweed but there was plenty of sandy beach to find on the north side. We would love to stay here again.
