Great apartment; Great Location
This is, definitely, a beautiful, comfortable apartment, and for four seniors without a car, it was perfectly located: a couple of blocks from the Dart Train Station; a bus stop, almost outside the front entrance of the building; a taxi queue across the street, by the church; a shopping centre and grocery stores a block away; almost next door is the Forty Foot Pub (serves decent meals, too); a coffee shop across the street and one a couple of blocks away, along the harbour front; and Teddy’s Ice Cream is a few steps from the front door! We not only had a lot of fun, touring Dublin and surrounds, we enjoyed our time spent in the apartment itself. It was fun watching the birds on the chimneys and roof tops of the old buildings across the street, looking out on the church and the hustle and bustle on the street below. We encountered a couple of minor issues while there, but Evelyn was quick to come to our assistance. If the unit has any drawback, at all, the street can be noisy if the windows are open, especially at night when the pub gets out.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location
This is a large well furnished and comfortable apartment in the heart of Dun Laoghaire, close to the sea, the Dart and shopping. The panoramic windows provide interesting views and lots of light and the balcony is ideal for outdoor dining.

Beautiful apartment with all amenities nearby.
Hugely comfortable, spacious and secure apartment. Evelyn met us to let us in and show us the secure and private car park and had kindly left a few items for us in the fridge. The apartment has lovely spaces to relax and to have a meal beside the big windows with good views. It is a busy (and noisy) street but just so handy for the Dart/train station (20 minutes to central Dublin), buses, Air Coach, supermarkets, restaurants and cinema which are all minutes away on foot. Lots of things to explore in Dun Laoghaire and also in neighbouring Glasthule, Sandycove and Dalkey.

Nice place - amazing location
Property is clean, nicely furnished and well stocked. Nice balcony. But the real star here is the location. 2 minutes' walk from DART station, bus stop, SuperValu supermarket. Across the road from Starbucks, above an off licence and ice cream parlour. 5 minutes' walk from seaside and People's Park. The perfect base to explore Dublin city and the coast from Dublin to Bray. You will not need a car!

Großzügige Wohnung in zentraler Lage
Wir verbrachten eine schöne Urlaubswoche in der modern und individuell ausgestatteten Wohnung. Zwar war es wegen der zentralen Lage im Ort relativ laut, sehr vorteilhaft ist aber die gute Infrastruktur sowie die schnelle Erreichbarkeit interessanter touristischer Ziele. Auch der Empfang durch die Vermieterin war freundlich und warmherzig. Bei grundsätzlich sehr guter Ausstattung der Wohnung ist die Küche für häufiges Kochen nur bedingt geeignet. Es gibt aber in fußläufiger Nähe schöne Pubs und Restaurants für unterschiedliche Ansprüche. Insgesamt eine wirklich empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Perfect place to stay
We recommend this apartment to everybody, especially families with two children. It is as lovely as written on the website and a perfect place to stay. Everything is nearby, and with the Dart so close it does not take you a long time to Greystones, Killiney Hill or Dublin City Centre. We might come back some time!

An absolutely perfect apartment - beautifully decorated, containing everything you need
this apartment is located right on the main Street in Dun Laoghaire - you couldn't ask for a better location. Next door are a supermarket, coffeeshop, bookshop, ice cream shop.. frankly anything you can think you might need is close to hand. You have a wonderful panoramic view from the main living area which is spacious and open and filled with light. The apartment has all the amenities that you could conceivably need during a stay it is in fact a well set up home. The cooking area is modern and has all that you would expect. The bathrooms and bedrooms are clean and extremely comfortable. Within a few metres there are some wonderful restaurants - Hartley's and several great restaurants in Monks Town (a short walk away). If you're on a budget or with young kids there's pizza express Nando's and even basic but very good Witherspoon's 40 foot. Evelyn, who handed over the keys, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. This made everything easy and fuss free. I can't praise this apartment enough - perfect.

Magnífico apartamento. Muy recomendable. Anfitriona muy amable.
El apartamento es magnífico, muy confortable, con un amplísimo salón muy bien amueblado. Tiene un equipamiento adecuado. Tiene una pequeña terraza y las vistas son agradables. El emplazamiento es magnífico, en la mejor calle de Dun Lahogaire, frente a la Iglesia y al Ayuntamiento. A 5 minutos a pie del DART, el tren que te lleva en solo 20 minutos al centro de Dublín. Con varios supermercados y restaurantes a apenas unos pasos. La anfitriona Evelyn es un encanto. Muy amable, nos dió todas las facilidades. En resumen es una opción muy recomendable.

Lovely place to relax and travel around
We stayed five nights in this perfect located apartment. Everything you need can be reached within a short walk. Inside the apartment we missed nothing. The fully equipped kitchen invites to cook. If you like to eat outside, Evelyn provides a list of selected restaurants nearby. We travelled by car and we could park our car in the underground car park of the building for free. The apartment is very clean. If we ever come back to Dun Laoghaire we will definetly stay again in this lovely apartment.
