Wonderful family holiday!

We had a fabulous family holiday at this villa! It has an abundance of great facilities, includibg a wonderful pool and garden and a superb location.

Great summer holiday

We all ( ages 54 to 15) really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful family home. The pool was excellent, the house was clean and lovely to stay in. The village has good bus links to Dinard, St Lunaire and St.Malo, a bakery, bar and small supermarket. It is a very pretty location.

Charming property, great pool

The house and garden are lovely, and the pool is excellent. The house has a homely feel, though possibly with a few too many ornaments if you have very young children. It was clearly a very high-spec house back in the day, but could do with a refresh, particularly in the kitchen. Note that if you have a large or long or low car, you many scrape the underside when entering to use the driveway, but there is handy parking at the town square - just as well as there was a car in the low garage itself.

Charming house

Maison avec toutes les commodités nécessaires (cuisine; salle de bain; chambres;piscine ; grand jardin) pour passer un agréable séjour en famille avec les enfants. Aussi pour faire des courses il y a toutes sortes de magasins à 2km de distance . Le propriétaire était disponible á tout moment.

Very good place for chilling time!

Great house for holidays with family and friends. Well located (100 meters from the village main square with shops, close to the main roads to St Malo, Dinard). Pool is great, good service. Highly recommend this place.

Maison agréable dans un joli coin de la Bretagne nord

Agréable et grande maison avec une très grande piscine chauffée dans un jardin suffisant. Seul bémol la proximité de la route relativement passante. Et la maison est un peu dans son jus bien que pleine de charme !

Super séjour début Août en famille

Maison très sympa, Grande et bien équipée. Super piscine qui a été refaite juste avant notre arrivée- chauffée, sécurisée pour les enfants et profonde (entre 1m50 et 1m60). Espace ombragé, Joli jardin fleuri( framboises et fraises pour les enfants;) 2eme terrasse et parking de la voiture. Supermarché à portée de voiture, boulangerie à 200 mètres, supérette à 300 m, petite plage et école de voile pour les enfants à 300 m et belle plage à 15 min en voiture vers Dinard. 1 restaurant à 5 min à pied. Super séjour dans une belle maison, avec de la place, dans une style/deco un peu désuet mais convient très bien pour les vacances. Seul petit bémol: la route est assez passante et donc bruyante, donnant directement sur le jardin.

Lovely house

This is a really nice place to stay in a quiet town not far from lots of lovely places to visit. There are many great beaches nearby. The pool is probably the best we've ever had at this type of house. It's quite deep throughout so possibly not good for very young children but lots of fun for good swimmers. Everything was well-organised and easy, and there is loads of room in the house. Would be even better if a few essentials were provided on arrival - e.g. a dishcloth, bin bags. Also, some of the kitchen equipment is a bit dated/lacking, e.g. not enough spoons. Overall, though, a highly recommended holiday.

Family holiday

A great villa in a lovely location. Spent 2 weeks with family including our 5 grandchildren and 6 adults. The villa was very well equipped with a lovely, albeit a little deep swimming pool, for those that can’t swim. The location was great with a boulangerie, bar, supermarket, and bistro within walking distance. Everything you need for a great family holiday .

Long week-end familial en Bretagne

Maison bien placé près de Dinard, Saint-Malo et non loin de Dinan. Séjour agréable en famille avec un bel extérieur un jardin bien entretenu et une belle piscine.

Excellent Séjour

Belle demeure très bien équipée dans laquelle nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Tous les membres de la famille, du plus petit au plus grand y ont trouvé tous ce qui était nécessaire pour se divertir. Par contre sur le site les heures d'arrivée et de départ ne sont pas à jour. L'arrivée doit se faire à partir de 16h (et non 14h) et le départ à 10h (non à 12h). Un petit effort sur l'accueil, très sommaire, reste cependant à faire.

Lovely house in a great location

Stayed for 7 nights with a family of 2 adults and 5 children. House was spacious and really well equipped. The pool was fantastic for the children and nice and warm. La Richardais is a great location with lots to do nearby - We visited the sailing centre (200m from the house) and hired some kayaks. There is a great Bistro / Creperie (L'Escale) just 300m from the house and a small supermarket and boulangerie just around the corner. We also visited nearby Dinard and St Malo (both 10 minutes away.) - Grand Aquarium at St Malo is great and the 39/45 memorial is also very interesting. Overall, a great property in a super location - thoroughly recommended!

Un séjour parfait en famille :)

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille d'une semaine dans cette maison très confortable située à 2 pas des magnifiques villes de St Malo et Dinan. La grande piscine chauffée y a également contribué.
