Provence - cote d’azur

The house was excellent the kitchen was fully equipped and there are more than enough chairs for outside and also sun loungers. The surrounding is fine, it is standalone and you hardly see or hear neighbours. The owner is very friendly and flexible. The location offers the possibility to visit typical Provence cities and villages (like Aix-en-Provence and Cortignac), but also offers the option to visit villages and towns by the sea (like Cassis) If there is one remark to make is that the beds have a spartan comfort. The weather in this time of the year (half September) was excellent, an average of 24 oC. In the village is an extensive supermarket called Super U.

Vacances courtes et agréable malgré le mauvais temps Avons été très bien accueilli par le propriétaire. Animaux acceptés sans soucis. Nous recommandons cette villa.

Schönes, ruhiges Haus mit tollem Garten und zentraler Lage

Es handelt sich um ein freistehendes Haus mit riesigem Garten, den wir uns unsere Kinder sehr genossen haben. Der Vermieter wohnt nicht auf dem Grundstück, so dass man wirklich alleine ist. Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt: zwischen St. Beaume und St. Victoire. Aix ist um die Ecke, und man ist auch schnell am Meer bzw. am Verdon. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend am Stadtrand von St. Maximin. Es gibt gute Bäckereien, Supermärkte und Feinkostläden, die in >5 Min mit dem Auto erreichbar sind. In der Küche gibt es einen großen Kühlschrank und in der Kammer nochmal einen separaten Eisschrank. Bis auf einen Geschirrspüler gibt es wirklich alles im Überfluss - sogar vernünftige Weingläser und auch eine Karaffe. Frühstück un Abendessen auf der tollen Terrasse haben wir immer sehr genossen, Es empfiehlt sich auch, ein Boule-Spiel mitzunehmen (haben wir vergessen). Wer sehr hitzeempfindlich ist hat im Sommer ggf. Probleme, da das Haus keine Klimaanlage hat (dafür 2 große Standventilatoren) - was auch so im Vorfeld eindeutig kommuniziert wurde. Hiermit hatten wir (ausschließlich nachts) zum Teil zu kämpfen. Das mit der nicht vorhandenen Klimaanlage wäre auch unser einziges Manko. Jean-Pierre ist ein unglaublich netter Vermieter, der immer für uns erreichbar war. Danke für diese schöne Zeit in St.Maximin!

Séjour très agréable

Accueil très convivial, propriétaires sympathiques. La villa est conforme au descriptif. Environnement très calme, propice aux randonnées. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour et cerise sur le gâteau : il a fait beau pour un début avril. Location à recommander.

AGREABLE SEJOUR

Un accueil chaleureux comme savent le faire les marseillais, avec comme petite attention, des boissons fraîches qui nous attendaient dans le frigo. Une maison très fonctionnelle avec une terrasse agréable, un grand jardin clos idéal lorsque l'on a des chiens et des transats moelleux pour profiter du soleil du midi, dans un quartier calme proche de la forêt et de ses sentiers pédestres. Nous avons donc passé un séjour agréable et comptons bien renouveler l'expérience.

Simple et bien équipé

La maison est située au calme, elle est simple, mais fonctionnelle, propre et bien équipée. Le terrain et la terrasse sont très agréables. Le propriétaire est absolument charmant. Très bonne expérience, que je renouvellerai avec grand plaisir.
