About this property

The best of both worlds can be found right here in Treasure Island: The intercoastal waters and the beach!

Relax on the private patio of this 1018 sq ft, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo and watch the dolphins and manatee swim by! Patio includes seating for 4 at the table. Read a book, enjoy your favorite drink, or visit with neighbors on the dock. You can also kayak, paddleboard or fish off the dock (kayaks & paddleboards not included). See the sunrise from our patio and sunset on the beach!

The beach is less than a 5 minute walk! Beach chairs, beach towels, toys and rafts are included for your use. The beachfront boardwalk is great for walking or jogging! Also within walking distance is a park across the street with fitness equipment, Publix grocery store on the corner and restaurants/bars. Fabulous shopping at John's Pass is less than 2 miles away! You can also explore St. Pete, Clearwater Beach, Indian Rocks, Largo and Tampa, as they are all an easy drive away.

Large master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet and attached master bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The second full bath with walk-in shower is located in the hallway, close to the second bedroom. Linens, towels and a hairdryer in each bathroom are included!

The kitchen is fully stocked with full size appliances, cookware, dishes, coffee pot, toaster and cooking spices. Dining area has seating for four. A stackable washer and dryer are in the unit for your use.

TV's are in both bedrooms and the living room. WiFi is included! Books and games included. The thermostat has built in Alexa so music can be played through the thermostat! Of course, Alexa can also tell you about sunset times and low/high tide!

There are beautiful views of the intercoastal from the living room and master bedroom.

Two parking spaces are assigned to the condo. Electronic lock on the door so you don't have to worry about keys.

Memories at Treasure Island

My husband and I spent two weeks at this property. We found the perfect spot for all the things we enjoy doing; walking, drum circle, the beach, convenience to grocery store, restaurants, sunsets, sunrises and wildlife. Everyone we met were very friendly. Enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching all the boats and dolphins. The owners were prompt in getting back to us when we had some hiccups. One suggestion would be a small cooler for the beach. The cart, chairs and umbrella saved us at the beach. Definitely planning on staying here again in May. In conclusion, the place was perfect for us and nicely decorated.

Beautiful Condor, spacious, clean and great facilities. Location is superb right by the inland waterway, with restaurants, bars and shops all within walking distance. Neighbours were friendly and helpful, we will be back !

Very nice!

Overall the property was very nice. The condo was quiet with no outside noise. We loved fishing off the dock, we did this a lot. Also, seeing dolphins, stingrays, fish, crab and manatee off the dock was great! I wasn't thrilled with the parking being so close to the road but it was fine and we had no problems. The master bed wasn't comfy for us, just because of the foam pad on it, but that is us. It was close to the beach and walking the boardwalk was great. If you walk at night the area is a little noisy with bars playing music with bands and such. The condo had great amenities. We were disappointed when we found there was no longer a grill and weren't notified before we came. The neighbors were friendly which was nice. Lots of things to do in the area. We had a good time and would recommend this proerty.

Awesome!

Loved the location, very close to bars, restaurants, beach. Anything you ever wanted without having to drive. Hubby loved fishing off the dock. This place was so relaxing and the neighbors were very nice. Hope to be back again.

Couldn’t ask for more!

I honestly couldn’t ask for more than what this property and owners provide. This property does not feel like a rental property, it feels like a home. It is so tastefully decorated, the furniture is super comfortable, and the fact that there is a washer/dryer to use makes it that much better. Location is wonderful! We were able to walk to so many restaurants and the beach is a short stroll down the street. The surroundings were quiet and peaceful and we spent most evenings playing games out on the patio while watching for dolphins or just enjoying the sunset. I don’t have anything negative to say about the property or owners. THIS is my new happy place!

From reservations to departure this location has it all. The condo is clean and well stocked. Beautiful scenery. Quiet surroundings. Ease of location to grocery store, beach and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Paradise by the water

Beautiful waterfront condo that was in close proximity to everything (beaches, restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy)! We had a wonderful stay in this condo and it had everything we needed for our stay. If you visit Treasure Island, this the best place to stay!

Peaceful vacation

Incredible place! We loved it so much.

I took my parents here. And they loved it so much. It was hard to get them to leave the back table area by the dock. They loved watching the birds eat the fish and spotting dolphins in the water. The neighbors were all friendly as well, they made you feel welcome. We also loved the location. We didn't rent a car but it was no problem because so many things were within walking distance including the grocery store. There were many transportation options though, if we did need to go somewhere. A free bus ran all the way from Saint Pete's Beach to Clearwater, or you could take a service called freebeachrides.com. We loved it here and we loved the area because it isn't shut down right now like much of the country. You will definitely relax here. Thanks for everything!

Perfect spot!

Condo is in a perfect location! Loved siting outside on the intracoastal, where you can relax, watch dolphin, kayak, fish - whatever you want. Close to everything. Very short walk to the beautiful beach, restaurants, grocery, live music. It’s great to be in a spot where you don’t need to drive. The place was well stocked with beach gear and kitchen supplies. Renee was super nice and very responsive. I will be back!

Fantastic location

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is absolutely ideal - right out the back door is the intercoastal, where we saw dolphins, egrets, herons, and osprey daily (and one time 11 manatees swam right under the dock!). It's an easy five minute walk to the beach, and just under five minutes to walk to Publix, Walgreens, and numerous restaurants. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed (thanks to previous guests lots of basic condiments, coffee filters, and salt/pepper were available as well). It was also very useful to have in-condo access to a washer/dryer. We brought a Roku which easily hooked up to the TV and the wifi. I'd definitely stay again!

Best location for fishing and beach, thoughtful owner

We fish and crabbing from backyard and went to beach whenever we want to. The place is well stocked with all beach gears and cooking utensils. We stayed many vacation rentals, but I felt The host truly thought in traveler’s shoe and equipped the place with all the details .

Travis & Renee are Midwesterners! Travis is originally from Indiana and Renee from Ohio. We are currently business owners in Indianapolis. We live by the motto: Work hard to play hard!!

We love to travel but the place that we go back to every year is Florida! We enjoy the entire area between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete. We are so excited to have met our goal of having a home away from home in Treasure Island. We've had so much fun decorating it and making it our home. While we are excited to be there ourselves, we are also very excited to share it with others!

Why they chose this property

We knew the minute we saw it, that this was "the one!" The condo is open and bright. We LOVE the view of the water from the living room, bedroom and patio! We are avid animal lovers so we get so much pleasure seeing the birds, fish, dolphins and manatees right out the door. The location is also a huge plus. We love the quiet of the intercoastal but also that the beach is less than a 5 minute walk away. There are so many restaurants, bars and shops that we can walk to if we want to grab a bite to eat, drinks or just to kick back and listen to live music.

What makes this property unique

The boardwalk along the beach and the park across the street provide great places to get a walk or run in! There is fitness equipment in the park so it's easy to get a quick workout in as well!
