Villa 220m2, land 3000m2, 5 "village on foot, 4km Saint-Rémy-de-Provence

House completely renovated in early 2018.
House without vis-à-vis with 5 bedrooms all modern comfort 220m2, heated and refreshing floor, on a fenced and wooded plot of 3000m2 with a secure 12m x 5m swimming pool with electric submerged curtain, located in Eyragues near Saint-Rémy-de- Provence, close to the typical Provençal village (5 mins walk), ideal for families with children.
5 bedrooms, 3 of which are on the ground floor: a master suite with Italian shower, washbasin, and WC, the other two bedrooms on the ground floor have a shared bathroom (bath, double sink, WC), one bedroom upstairs with twin beds. The 5th bedroom is located on the ground floor with its shower room and WC. A TV lounge, a library and a desk are available upstairs.
The main room (living room, dining room) opens onto a large covered terrace and onto the swimming pool and landscaped garden. The American kitchen is equipped with an American fridge overlooking the terrace. Big screen TV.

Outside you will find a large covered terrace (table and armchairs and a garden furniture) allowing you to take all of your meals facing the swimming pool.
The swimming pool beach with outdoor shower is equipped with deckchairs and ottomans, beach games and buoys.
A playground in the shade of a hundred-year-old oak tree will delight your children: slide, swings, climbing tower, large trampoline, etc.
Weber barbecue and plancha are available for your grills. The house is in a natural environment, outside the subdivision. This rental is located in the Alpilles near the Luberon, the Monts de Vaucluse, 4 km from Saint Remy de Provence, 15 minutes from Avignon and Les Baux de Provence or Arles. 45mn from Saintes Marie de la mer or Carry le Rouet / Sausset les Pins, 1h from Cassis / La ciotat. 40 minutes from Aix or Lubéron (Gordes, Roussillon, Lacoste, ...).

Agréable séjour à Eyragues

Gentil accueil par Vincent et Magalie, maison bien équipée , piscine bien entretenue et jardin fermé ( parfait avec un chien). Eyragues au centre de la provence et à proximité d‘un bon nombre de monuments à voir. Bref, nous avons passé d‘agréables moments en famille dans une belle maison répondant à toutes nos exigences.

Entspannter Urlaub mit der Familie

Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus. Die Außenanlage ist für eine Familie mit Kleinkinder perfekt. Unsere Kinder waren die meiste Zeit im Pool oder sind über die große Wiese im Garten geflitzt. Der Pool ist mit einem Rolladen ganz einfach schließbar, das ist sehr praktisch und sicher. Das Haus und das ganz Gelände sind sehr schick und herzlich hergerichtet. Das Zimmer und Bad im Keller sind ganz neu renoviert und war für die Großeltern perfekt. Jeder hat die Möglichkeit sich zurück zu ziehen, wobei insgesamt das Haus schon recht hellhörig ist. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Die Terrasse und die Sitzecke sind sehr gemütlich. Das gesamte Haus ist klimatisiert. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar, wir hatten einen sehr guten Kontakt.Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist der kleine Kinderspielplatz hinter dem Haus, dieser ist sehr veraltet und nicht wirklich für Kleinkinder nutzbar, entweder erneuern und etwas anderes daraus machen. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen, es fehlt an nichts. Es ist soo ruhig dort, toll gelegen am Feldrand.

Super séjour chez Vincent et Magali

Magnifique semaine chez Vincent et Magali. La maison est très confortable, les équipements sont très complets : rien ne manque pour un séjour au top. La piscine et le jardin sont parfaits pour profiter d'une semaine au calme et au soleil. Eyragues est bien situé pour profiter à plein de la Provence. Je recommande.

Mooie vakantiewoning met potentieel

Aantrekkelijke gerenoveerde woning met grote tuin maar met nog enkele verbeterpunten. Heel teleurstellend dat de info op VRBO over het zwembad misleidend en niet correct is! VRBO vermeldt "verwarmd zwembad" maar dat was niet het geval tijdens ons verblijf in de paasvakantie! De eigenaar zegt dat het zwembad alleen verwarmd wordt van mei tot september.

Das Bad und Zimmer im Untergeschoss kann man keinem zumuten. Dadurch dass von Garten zur Terrasse die Nässe nicht abfließen konnte war es eine reine Schnakenbrutstätte. Die Bäder sind geeignet für Familien( ein Bad für zwei Schlafzimmer mittig liegend. Wir waren 6 Erwachdene gut so

Agréable séjour entre amis

Belle propriété à l'abri des regards, grande piscine agréable pour le farniente, accueil très sympathique et disponibilité des propriétaires. Bien située au cœur de la région et à une heure de Marseille et de ses calanques. Deux semaines bien agréables pour se ressourcer entre amis.

Very comfortable house - great service - good and quiet location

We had a superb stay in this holiday house - 2 weeks with our family, including 2 young kids and 8 adults. A warm welcome and friendly service from Magali & Vincent ! A comfortable clean swimming pool and a big nicely fenced garden. The kitchen and various rooms are well equipped ! I really can recommend this place for a relaxing and enpjoyable stay. Our 2 weeks went to fast :-)

Vacances entre amis idéales

Belle et grande maison bien équipée, avec un exterieur magnifique ! Grande piscine très bien exposée avec équipement de qualité (transat, bouées, barbecue, plancha, salon de jardin et grande table pour profiter au maximum de cette belle météo) Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis durant 1 semaine. Seul petit bémol: la chambre du bas est humide. L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la région! Les propriétaires sont réactifs et arrangeants ce qui est vraiment appréciable ! Nous sommes ravis :)

Super sejour

Super sejour avec une localisation parfaite pour explorer villages provencaux et avignon. L’amenagement exterieur est parfait avec belle piscine et grand jardin fleuri. L’interieur est tres propre et pratique aussi pour un sejour en famille ou entre amis! A recommender!

Magnifique !

Séjour au top entre mamans et enfants ! La maison est très bien agencée et très agréable. La piscine est chouette et les enfants l’ont beaucoup appréciée ! Ce logement est parfait pour un séjour avec enfants (toboggan, trampoline etc...). Nous sommes ravies et reviendront sûrement !

Très belle semaine à Eyragues

La propriété est tout simplement magnifique. Eyragues est charmant, on y trouve un supermarché, deux boulangeries, des brasseries, des restos... Et puis c'est idéalement situé dans cette superbe Provence. L'espace extérieur (piscine, terrasse couverte et pelouse) est optimal. Nous avons eu des petits soucis avec le volet de la piscine qui ont été de suite résolu par le propriétaire. Pour la demeure, le rez-de-chaussée est top. La climatisation indirecte est un super confort pour éviter les refroidissements. Il y a partout des volets électriques qui assurent des pièces bien sombres (idéal pour le sommeil). La pièce de vie (cuisine et salon) est immense et super top. Au niveau des petits points négatifs, l'étage (au moins de juillet) est trop chaud. La porte qui donne sur l’escalier du -1 ne se fermait pas et était dangereuse pour nos petits bouts. L'espace "plaine de jeu" manque un peu d'entretien. Merci à Vincent et son épouse pour leur gentillesse et leur réactivité. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine.

Sehr schönes Haus in idealer zentraler Lage

Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Problemlose Übergabe und Abnahme. Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool, Tischtennis etc. . Die Lage ideal für Ausflüge, Kanutouren oder zum Erholen. Das Haus müsste aber technisch mal wieder überholt werden.

Prachtige woning, mooie tuin, groot zwembad

Bij aankomst bleek de airco niet goed te werken en dat tijdens de hittegolf, maar voor de Heer Marchand was geen moeite te veel om het euvel te herstellen, zelfs op zondag kwam hij met oplossingen en er werd prompt professionele hulp ingeroepen en in een mum van tijd was alles opgelost, we hebben dit zeer op prijs gesteld! De woning is effenaf prachtig, al het denkbare is aanwezig, van barbecue en plancha tot Amerikaanse koelkast met ijsmaker. De aanwezigheid van 2 douches en 1 ligbad met douchekop was voor ons als grote familie zeer nuttig. In het poolhouse, met extra toilet, vonden we ligstoelen, zitzakken, parasols, waterspeelgoed ... te veel om op te sommen. Ook de kleintjes hebben zich kostelijk geamuseerd, een glijbaan, twee schommels, een trampoline, een kamer vol speelgoed, leesboekjes, puzzels, aan alles was gedacht. Voor de baby was er ook een kinderstoel en een babybed. Een klein minpuntje, boven aan de trap was geen kinderhekje voorzien, maar dat was maar nodig omdat onze kindjes zo klein waren en we hebben er een zetel voorgeschoven. We hebben er verbleven met 6 volwassenen en 3 kinderen en er was plaats te over. Ook de omgeving is zeker de moeit waard, op korte afstand van St Rémy en les Baux de Provence en Eyragues is een typisch dorpje met leuke restaurantjes, een goede bakker, wekelijkse markt. Conclusie: zeker een aanrader met een goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding!

SUBLIME et beaucoup capacité

Une demeure très complète pour famille nombreuse de dix personnes. Avec un large piscine pour toute la famille ! Aux environs: d 'Eyragues ( très agréable pour faire des achats quotidiens ) et Saint-Rémy-de- Provence !, Les Alpilles en Les Baux-de- Provence ! En résumé : Une demeure pour famille(s) avec enfants pour relaxer !

De belles vacances en famille

Nous avons passé un super séjour, sous le soleil! La maison est très agréable, fraîche, et tellement bien équipée pour les enfants! Des jeux mais aussi une balançoire, trampoline et un jardin clos. La location était très propre, en tout point conforme à l'annonce! Merci encore, Pauline
