Perfect spot

Perfect stay

We came down to see The Rolling Stones. Very clean and quiet house. Close to food and grocery stores. Absolutely perfect!

Basic apartment

Comfortable sofa and bed. Good shower. Kitchen could use some basics like salt and pepper and cooking oil. Guest parking pass was a plus to allow us to park overnight in front of the apartment. Spanish food market right across the street where we were able to purchase basics like milk, bread, eggs, fruit. Met our needs for a 3 night visit.

Clean, convenient, and close to SJSU

This was a great place to stay for student orientation at SJSU. The unit is accurately described in the listing. The owner provided a parking permit and I was able to park in front of the unit both days. Try the tacos at the market across the street. I will likely return for future visits to the university.

Yuck! We arrived and and the second bedroom was locked.

The manager/owner let us worry for 3 hours before acknowledging that he had made a mistake about our reservation and then FINALLY converted the rental from a one bedroom to a two bedroom. The bathroom had black hairs all over the floor, and the unit was at the corner of the local train intersection. It was loud because there was a popular Hispanic market across the street that was also a locals hangout. Beware, the 10 reviews for this place span 7 years! This place is a scam.

Clean, newly renovated, decent neighborhood, just the right amount of space

Most owner/managers provide an email with a detailed package of information about the property the morning of check-in. When I arrived in the evening, I still had not received this information and I needed call the owner/manager to get it. We talked briefly and all was ok... Also, I stayed 6 nights but any longer and I would have needed to use the shared laundry room with another renter, which would not have been my preference. Would have given 5th star otherwise and would rent it again if the opportunity presents itself.
