Our corner unit condo overlooks 4 O’ Clock Run (ski in) and is located across the street from the Snowflake Lift (ski out), providing amazing access to Breckenridge Ski Resort! Tyra is one of the BEST locations in Breck and one of the most desirable lodging locations for both winter and summer. Easy access to the mountain located on the lower part of Peak 8 (peak that is the most central area of resort), close to town (1/2 mile to Main St.) yet away from town bustle. Perfect for a single, couple or a small family whose priority is to maximize their time on the mountain & are comfortable in a smaller but well - designed space.
Across the street, next to the Snowflake Lift is Charter Sports Rentals and a Breckenridge Ski Resort window making it easy to gear up & get on the mountain quickly. Guests can receive rental discounts at Charter Sports. The free bus (Breckenridge Free Ride) also picks up right next to the Snowflake Lift.
Our cozy, second floor studio sleeps 2 guests. Enjoy mountain views from both inside the condo & on the wrap around balcony. The condo also has large windows to bring in lots of sunlight. There is a fully-equipped, full kitchen with breakfast bar seating. The kitchen has been updated with quartzite counters & stainless appliances and the bathroom has been renovated with a walk-in shower. The queen bed with a Sterns & Fosters mattress is situated as an alcove bed with rustic reclaimed wood around it.
One parking pass (which must be returned upon departure)is included for our uncovered lot.
Indoor & outdoor hot tubs are located in the building common area (indoor tubs open winter only).
Hard to beat spot if looking for a Ski In - Ski Out not far from town! Summer & fall are just as amazing in Breckenridge. From the condo you can walk to town & hike/bike out the door to Sawmill Reservoir via Sawmill Creek. Or, hike 4 O’Clock Trail to the 12,998 foot summit of Peak 8.

Non-refundable if cancelling less than 30 days prior to arrival.
Refunds cannot be given due to inclement weather/road closures, alpine conditions, area construction, COVID-19, airline delays, power outages or any other similar type circumstance.
BRECKENRIDGE (VAIL) RESORTS RESERVATION SYSTEM TO ACCESS THE RESORT DUE TO COVID-19 SAFETY A reservation system is not in place for 2024/25 ski season, but could change due to COVID or other safety. Please call Breckenridge Ski Resort or visit breckenridge.com. The hot tubs are open (indoor tubs open winter only) but are not guaranteed to be open if closure is necessary due to COVID safety or any maintenance/repair.
Breckenridge Ski Resort is open mid November though mid May but typically keeps the Snowflake lift (our ski-out access) open mid November through mid April (dates are subject to change dependent on snow/resort conditions). Our ski in access via Four O’ Clock run is also weather dependent and typically opens early/mid December and closes mid/late April.
The Town of Breckenridge has enforced stricter guidelines regarding noise violations. Owners can potentially lose their short term rental license if there are violations by a guest. Violations will not be tolerated and will require guests to vacate the property immediately without refund & guests will be responsible for applicable fines.
