This beautifully updated, ocean front grand suite, boasts 2100 sq ft of pure peace and relaxation!!! NO STAIRS, it's located on the first floor.

Coral Gardens is only 7 mins from the Providenciales airport, this condominium is privately owned and newly updated. Coral Gardens is located directly on Grace Bay beach, this condo overlooks Princess Alexandria National Coral Reef providing fabulous snorkeling literally at your doorstep.

This first floor corner unit gives you the utmost in outdoor views as well as ease of access to the beach. In the morning, wake up, and start your morning coffee in this newly renovated, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances. Open up the floor to ceiling, retractable exterior glass doors to the wrap around balcony and the living room becomes an outdoor environment. Go out and read the paper or check your emails with the complimentary WiFi at the outside table that seats 4 or stretch out one of the lounging chairs and enjoy the view of the pool, beach and reef.

This condo is 2128 square feet consisting of a living room with a flat screen cable TV, plenty of seating, a dining area, a kitchen with breakfast bar stools seating 4 and a powder room. The master bedroom is complete with a king size bed, walk in closet, safe, cable TV, large luxury bath with double sink, corner soaker tub, separate shower. It also opens up onto the balcony.

The second garden bedroom has a king bed, cable TV, small fridge, coffee pot & accessories, private balcony with 2 chairs and a private bath with a shower.

The Somewhere Beach Café and Bar next to the pool is great for those quick breakfast, lunches or dinner, island drinks at cocktail hour, or a lazy morning breakfast.

There are a tremendous amount of activities to fill your days within minutes from Coral Gardens from snorkeling the coral reef, diving, parasailing, walking the beach, paddle boarding, biking, fine and casual dining, golf, tennis, site seeing, boat trips, deep sea fishing and bone fishing…….

Excellent property and location!

Great property, excellent location, Vern, Tyler and cleaning staff all treated us like family. Restaurant had great food, and cocktails. If you like pina coladas, they make a fantastic one. Definitely would recommend this place to stay. Thanks!

Great Place!

We were welcomed by Tyler who I would give 10 stars. He was so accommodating and helpful. The condo had everything we needed. The patio was great to hang out on in the evenings. We didn't have the best weather (dang wind!), but we did get to get out and snorkel a couple of times. You literally walk out the door onto the beach and the reef is right there. We walked in the condo while the cleaning lady was there a couple of times and she was singing/humming while she's working. She did a great job. Also, be sure to take advantage of your 20 min massage. It was pure heaven!!!

We stayed in #1312. Beautiful, clean, recently renovated and awesome views. Only complaint was the property management hadn't cleaned the one pool the entire time we were there and no one used it. It seemed like 1/2 of the units were being renovated and maybe that was why.

Amazing Vacation

Everything about our vacation was perfect. Coral Gardens is the perfect place to stay. I cried when I walked into the condo - the view is breathtaking. Loved being just steps away from the most beautiful beach. The staff of Coral Gardens is so friendly and accommodating. Having access to beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas was a huge plus. They had more than enough. We got the perfect spot, no matter what time we went to the beach. The Somewhere Cafe' has delicious food and drink and the vibe was so fun. Snorkeling right in front of the condo is the BEST. Everything you need for a wonderful vacation is right at the resort. We cannot wait to return.

Perfect location.

Wonderful property in a perfect location. Somewhere Beach Bar and Cafe were 20 feet in front of the condo right on the beach. The condo opens completely to beautiful view and fresh breeze. The bedrooms and bathrooms need some serious updating but everything else was lovely. Would come back again.

Great spot

Great location in the lower bight. Bedrooms and ensuites were good. Bed nice and firm. Kitchen and living area was well appointed. Beautiful beach out front. Does not have a high end restaurant affiliated with the property, but that wasn’t a problem for us. Cooked some meals and tried different restaurants other nights. Would stay there again.

Excellent Vacation

Excellent spot with lots of various indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy. Great beach and restaurant at the doorstep. Very well equipped for preparing meals. Only a few minutes by car from everywhere if you’re going out for dinner or shopping. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Somewhere restaurant is a great spot for meals and drinks only a few steps away from the private lanai. There’s a reef right in front of us for snorkelling and plenty of beach chairs are always available.

Couples trip

We loved this place. Location is amazing. Kitchen is well stocked And the view is amazing. We can’t wait till we can come back. The staff was kind and very accommodating very convenient to snorkeling which you can do right there at the beach. We had lounge chairs and towels everyday. We had drinks and snacks at Somewhere bar which is right there and a great view of the sunset. They had music on Wednesday’s and Sunday which is fun. We made several reservations for dinner but cooled breakfast, lunch and one dinner in the condo.

We will be back.

When you walk through the front door of this property your jaw drops from the wrap-around floor-to-ceiling view of the pool and crystal-clear turquoise ocean. We began every day with coffee and ended them with a nightcap out on the lanai just staring out into the ocean. We couldn’t get enough of it. The grounds and pools are maintained beautifully by a team that always found time to smile and say hello. One morning they called my daughter over and handed her a fresh coconut all cut open for her. The gesture really made her day. Heidi our housekeeper kept everything clean and well stocked while being a pleasure to talk to. There is a beach bar on the property “Somewhere” that has live music a few days a week. Arnold, our bartender kept the tasty drinks flowing and his uplifting energy left everyone happy. The food was very good, we really enjoyed the breakfast. Of the many restaurants on the island, there were three that really stood out. The Almond Tree, Hemingway’s, and The Terrace. We had a major issue in one of the bathrooms, and I mention this because, like in all homes, problems do occur. The important part is how it is handled when it does. Leanne, Verne, and Prince found a way to make things right, make us happy, and get our vacation back on course. My wife and I vacationed on numerous islands, and we always had the mindset of going somewhere new on each vacation. This place changed our way of thinking a bit. We will be back.

Best vacation experience in a long time!

The property is a very well maintained smaller boutique resort. Staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. Since the resort is smaller, there is a homelike feel. The unit was absolutely gorgeous! Beautiful decor, beautiful view, beautiful landscaping. Loved not having to get on an elevator after being at the beach. Beds were comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen and daily housekeeping services. We had spa services come to the room, which ended up being the best massage of my life. Somewhere Cafe has excellent food, drinks, and live music. But… the most amazing thing this location has over all others is the reef right in front of the resort. Put on a snorkel mask right on the beach in front of the resort and you will have the most incredible snorkeling experience of your life. Things we saw while snorkeling in front of the resort include sea turtle, squid, spotted stingray, and hundreds of different types of colorful fish. Incredible place!!!

Beautiful, as pictured.

We enjoyed our stay here. The beach is a little narrow but we couldn’t have been closer to it. The snorkeling is great. Even 3 feet and you saw many fish. The restaurant on site is good. The home was everything it was advertised as. Minor maintenance issue handled well. Negatives-it’s really not walkable to anywhere. We were obviously there in the raining season as it rained almost daily and a lot. Patio and house was great for that. Would be nice if they had a little more for entertainment. We brought dominoes and cards. It was more expensive on the island than I expected. Just know At the grocery store it is 80 bucks for 24 domestic beers. But it is vacay. Rented scooters for a day, fun but nerve-racking. Went on one snorkel tour, fun but rained a lot. Most disappointing was how crowded the airport was. Worst was customs in Fort Lauderdale for our return

Coral Gardens

This condo was perfect for 2 couples. We loved the sliding glass windows opening the living area up to the patio. Just a few steps to the Beach and the Somewhere bar. Good food and drinks were awesome. Beach chairs are included which was nice. Snorkeling the reef was a lot of fun. We saw lots of fish, turtles and even a sting ray. It would be nice if a grill was available for grilling. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Especially Besma Smith in the office. She was super helpful and so nice and pleasant every time we asked for advice or suggestions.

The perfect spot for a beach vacation

The location of this property was perfect for our group! The beach is right outside your back door and the Somewhere café is pretty much right there too. Very convenient with two older teens to say the least. The place looks just like the pictures so you won’t be disappointed. It was our third stay on the island and we’ll definitely be back.
