The building is a 3 story (stand alone) building with a 1500 sq. ft. condo on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Access to both condos via private entrance and elevator. The ground floor is a retail golf cart sales shop.

This rental is for the top floor. This 3rd floor condo has 18 ft. ceilings with open beams. All interior doors are 8 ft. high and interior walls are sound proof. NG fireplace and cooktop, granite counters, marble floor to ceiling showers, 2 bathrooms, private balcony, etc.

Lovely, centrally located place!

Stayed here over Thanksgiving as my parents place was already full! This place is centrally located, easy to walk to restaurants and shops. Plenty of space! would definitely rent again!!

Awesome Location, Awesome Place!!!

My husband and I stayed for 3 weeks, and it was perfect! We WFH while we were there, but it was perfect to take breaks though out the day to walk to the shops, water, and restaurants. The condo was very spacious for 2 people and was very clean. The elevator came in handy to move in and out. The instructions for check in were very easy, and we had everything that we needed during our stay. Highly recommend!

Weekend Getaway

First trip to Bluffton - this property is right in the heart of old Bluffton. Surrounded by shops and restaurants, quick ride to Hilton Head and easy commute to Savannah. Plenty of room, the hosts were gracious and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Always Great!

This is not the first time we have stayed here and it won’t be the last! The space is large, comfortable, spotlessly clean and centrally located for walking around Old Town Bluffton. Communication with the owner is a breeze if you need anything, but the place is well stocked and perfectly set up.

Great Rental!

So clean and new and nice! And it really could not be in a better location. Bluffton is so walkable anyway but this spot really is convenient - the Corner Perk is right around the corner. A small convenience store is nearby and the view from the windows of the gorgeous garden store across the street is so pretty! Very good rental.

Top-Notch Property

The property looks exactly like the photos, and the location couldn't be better; it's within a very short walking distance of many restaurants and cute shops. The unit was very clean and well-appointed, the bed was comfortable, and there's an elevator so you don't have to lug your bags up and down two flights of stairs. The check-in is super easy, and you enter via keypad, so you don't have to deal with keys. Highly recommend!

Beautiful weekend in Ole Town Bluffton. This property rocks. Well maintained and clean. Wonderful location right in the heart of Bluffton. Close to all restaurants and Tanger outlets. This is a gem! Robert, the property owner, is very responsive and will go out of his way to answer questions and help with any concerns or needs. We look forward to staying here in the future.
