This sophisticated and stylish, recently constructed, four bedroom home with a pool offers modern high end finishes and top of the line appointments. Miacomet Preserve is a stylish new community of nineteen homes, tastefully designed by architect Andrew D. Kotchen of Workshop/APD, taking full advantage of the surrounding pristine Conservation Land and the nearby unspoiled south shore beaches. These sophisticated properties offer modern high-end finishes, top of the line appointments and an attractive layout ideal for summer living and enjoyment. This home offers three finished levels, with four bedroom suites and four bathrooms plus 2 half and an outdoor shower. The home is surrounded by mature landscaping and enhanced with a private swimming pool, lounge and dining furniture and outdoor shower. Enjoy the natural beauty of the area as you stroll or bike by nearby Miacomet Pond on your way down to the lovely beach found at the end of Maicomet Road, 0.8 miles away.

First Floor Description

Open living, dining and kitchen area with glass doors opening out to the blue stone patio and pool area on one side and a fenced-in yard with blue stone patio and dining furniture out back. The first floor includes an en-suite bedroom (queen bed) and also a powder room, laundry room and mud room.

Second Floor Description

The master suite has a king sized bed with private deck, cathedral ceilings and large shower. The two guest bedrooms also have their own private baths (one with a tub/shower). One has a queen, the other has a king.

Lower Level: Spacious media room with sleeper sofa (2 pull out beds), 65" TV, custom built-ins, seating and ping pong table. Large separate bunk room (4 full beds) and half bath.

2024 Stroll Weekend

My friends and I went on a girls weekend for the Nantucket stroll and stayed at 14 Ellens. The house is gorgeous, and the number of beds/bathrooms made it perfect for a group of women. We are already planning our stay next year!

We had the most amazing time staying at Jeff’s home. We made lifelong memories with our family and friends! The home was stunning, we had amazing pool days, lovely morning coffee on the porch and some great evening dinners enjoying the backyard. Everyone had comfortable beds, enough space to feel settled and great openness to the home flow. We will definitely be back.

The house was just as promised. Clean, well kept and looked just like the pictures. The owners are responsive when we had a quick (non urgent) question and having a pool was great for the kids. I would definitely recommend this place!

Expectations were high for our stay in Nantucket and Jeff's house certainly exceeded all. Unfortunately we had poor weather while on the island so the use of this property's open floor plan and ample entertainment space made a positive impact on our visit. Family weekend

Lovely clean home, nice quiet neighborhood location. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were very spacious and nice. Lots of room to spread out with our family of all different ages. Easy access to the wharf and shopping/restaurants. Owner gave some nice recommendations. We really enjoyed the home!

Beautiful, Serene Stay in Miacomet

Our group throughly enjoyed our stay. The home is expansive and well appointed, the pool refreshing and the surrounding grounds and proximity to the breathtaking Miacomet shoreline were spectacular. The home came equipped with ample beach chairs and umbrellas for our fairly large group, as well as a crowd-pleasing fire-pit and beautiful outdoor dining area. The kids especially loved the ping-pong table and bunk beds. Town is just a quick drive away. We plan to return for another relaxing visit to this special home on Nantucket. We couldn't be more pleased.

Spectacular!

This house was absolutely gorgeous and slept our group of 15 very comfortably. There was endless supply of towels, beach chairs, games, etc. It was fairly close to downtown and to the beach. The owner Jeff responded to all questions and was so nice. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jeff's home. The only negative was the cleanliness of the pool. I

To continue about the pool, when we arrived it was full of dirt, leaves and debris. We contacted Jeff that afternoon and he told us he would have his caretaker/pool guy stop by to clean it and they never showed up for the duration of the stay. Unfortunately, the pool was too dirty to enjoy, which was a bummer. Otherwise the house worked out great.
