The house is just perfect. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room. 10 min Uber ride to Broadway. Plenty of parking. Host was very responsive to all our questions.

Great place for a getaway

We had a wonderful stay! The property is beautiful, in a quiet neighborhood just far enough outside the city that when you want quiet that is just what you get. The property manager is wonderful! We had a plumbing issue and it was resolved quickly! He was so easy to get ahold of, and pleasant. If you are looking for a house for a larger group, this is it!

Nashville family home

The decor is fun and the house is spacious. When we pulled up, it is not in a desirable part of town. There is a fire station close by, which means you hear the sirens go off a lot. The house itself was not clean. I would give it a 5/10

Fantastic Girls' Getaway

I couldn't have asked for a better place to have a celebration for my sister and her upcoming wedding! The Fame House was beautiful with wonderful upgrades. Checking in and out couldn't have been easier! We had more than enough room and loved hanging out on the rooftop deck! The location was ideal to take an Uber a short distance to places like Broadway or The Gulch. It was an amazing place to stay and I would love to stay here again, the next time I'm in Nashville! 😊💗

Beautiful townhouse with a great view from the roof top, only negative was the weather limited us to only our last night there to use it rooftop. We did need to use a vehicle to get around, mainly due to not really knowing the area. Plus my health issues make it easier to do so. All in all a great trip!

Great Location and Fun Decor

Friends getaway was awesome. Arrived to a very clean and fun vacation spot! Host interaction was prompt and full of great recommendations. Rooftop area was great for early morning coffee and a way to unwind after a fast-paced day full of great music. Loved the soft sheets - we are ordering some.

Awesome spot for a 21st Birthday 🥳

We had a terrific time at the Fame House which was perfect for 6 boys and my husband plus me! There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep, relax, party & recover. Everything was spotless & ready to go! The roof top patio was an awesome bonus although getting a bit worn 😬 and the spiral staircase was a bit frightening especially with intoxicated people. Nashville is rapidly growing and many of the neighborhoods are being updated & gentrified like Germantown. The surrounding neighborhood is a bit rough especially at night.

We loved the house! The weather prevented us from enjoying the roof top patio (which looked a bit different than the photos), but absolutely enjoyed our stay! Close to downtown with easy access. Thanks for a great vacation!

The best part of this house is the rooftop deck! My kids enjoyed eating ice cream and my husband and I enjoyed hanging out up there after the kids went to bed. The house is in a centralized location to get to downtown, grocery store and the Gulch. If I come back to Nashville and this house is available I would rent again.

Wonderful house, fantastic rooftop deck with great views! There is a Kroger right down the street and a fantastic BBQ restaurant right across the street. Blake was extremely responsive and helpful! I would recommend this house all the way around.

Rooftop for fireworks

We were looking for a place to enjoy the fireworks without being in the crowds. This place was perfect for that. The house was well furnished and very clean. Wished we could have stayed longer!!!
