This house is situated on a deep water canal with a 40-foot dock and has quick and easy access to the Jordan River only two miles away. Another three miles out into Bay St. Louis and then the Gulf of Mexico, both of which are reachable within a few minutes by water. Sportsmen will find almost everything they need except the boat. For your convenience launching facilities are just around the corner.

If you don't have a boat, there are many miles of beaches just waiting to greet you. Six miles from the house are the beaches of Waveland, but if you prefer, head on over to Gulfport or Biloxi and enjoy their amenities. They have jet skis, sailboats, kayaks and wind surfers all for rent.

After your long day of fun on the water, relax on the large deck overlooking the scenery and enjoy a little of your own home grilled dinner, or enjoy a friendly game of cards in the sun room. If you’re interested in more of a night life, numerous casinos are on the Gulf Coast – Hollywood Casino and The Silver Slipper are within ten miles of the house. There are more casinos in nearby Gulfport and Biloxi including the Beau Rivage. Restaurants, live theater performances, nightclubs and gambling can be enjoyed in these various casinos.

Like to golf? Well, there are nine golf courses within a 35 mile radius of the camp. Some of the favorites are: Dogwood Hills GC - built in 1992 to serve the growing community in North Biloxi, The Oaks Golf Club - excellent Conditioned Championship Course, The Bridges Golf Club at Hollywood Casino - totally renovated by Arnold Palmer - a must play and Pass Christian Isles - voted “Toughest Finishing Hole In The State.”

For you shop-a-holics, the Gulfport Outlet Mall is just 15 minutes away. Outlet malls just won’t do, you say? How about downtown New Orleans, at just an hour’s drive?

We do welcome small, well mannered pets but respectfully request you clean up after your extended family member.

Very well kept affordable property

We really enjoyed our stay at "Graff acres" there was 5 of us in for the Eagles-Saints game(no need to mention the results of the game) and we had plenty of room to spread out. The location is great too. We drove to New Orleans Friday, Saturday and Sunday it was less than a 1 hour drive The house had everything you could possibly need, and Adam was quick to respond to any questions that I had. I definitely recommend staying there!!

Nice

I talked to Adam the owner of the property several times. Very nice to talk to. Requested things to do around the area, which was very nice. I give him a five star rating and his property. I will be staying there again.

Best Christmas

We rented the Graffs home for our family Christmas. Our son is stationed in Mississippi so we drove down from Texas to have Christmas together. The house is awesome! Clean, comfortable and peaceful. We had a great time!

Nice Waterfront Stay

We had a wonderful week here! Everything we needed for cooking, grilling, sleeping and bathing was provided. We enjoyed swimming and fishing from the dock and grilling and hanging out under home while it was raining. The neighbors to the right and across the water were a bit close at times. We felt we had to share the water in close quarters. Good thing they were super friendly and respectful of our space. Very close to NOLA. Owners were very attentive and quick to respond when needed. Would recommend!!

Perfect camp on the bayou!

Our weekended adventure was awesome! Everything we needed was available at the house and more! We bought seafood from the docks and boiled crabs, fried shrimp and fried soft shell crabs. The bayou in the back yard made it easy for us to hop in our little boat for a morning or evening run to fish or sightsee. The house itself was clean and roomy for everyone in the kitchen, downstairs, or sleeping! We had a local photographer come out and take family pictures while we were there and got some amazing shots with the beautiful outdoor scenery. Thanks for a well maintained home for use to borrow. We will definitely be there again!

Spring Break Vacation

We had such an amazing time on our vacation! This property was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It was not a far drive to the beach and New Orleans was just under an hour away. Adam was very responsive and helpful along the way. I would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation

We had a fun time with family and friends. House was spacious and well equipped. The dock accommodated 2 boats and was easy to access bigger bodies of water. Liked that it was pet friendly. Ramp made it easy to go up and down with supplies. Hope to do it again next year.

Graff Acres

Nice place. Short drive to the beach. We were there during the algae bloom and that was frustrating as we had kids wanting to enjoy the nearby beaches and water. We were able to go to Ship Island and enjoy the beaches there. It is $30 a person to get there on the ferry. We did drive over to Gulf Shores one day, but that was about a three hour drive one way. If you are going primarily for the beaches, I would wait for the algae bloom to clear, which does not sound like it will be anytime soon from what we heard while there and speaking to locals. The house itself was a great house and the owners were very friendly.

Clean, comfortable, convenient,& lots of room!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "Graff acres" we had a party of 7 adults and had plenty of room to spread out. The location is great too. We drove to New Orleans (less than a1 hour drive), did a swamp tour, and checked out the near by towns having "Cruisin' the Coast" activities, beautiful cars & entertainment. This cabin/house had everything you could possibly need, and Adam checked in on us to see if everything was going ok & if we needed anything else. We definitely recommend staying here!!

A fantastic home!

My hubby, myself and our dog had the pleasure of spending a week at Graff Acres... (sadly we had to leave a week early due to a family emergency) The home is really set up to accommodate large gatherings yet it was still very user friendly for our small group. We had friends staying at a nearby campground so they would come over and hang out with us at the Graff home... The living room furniture is all super comfy! Great place to hang out and visit... Great table seating for many games of Euchre... we had a few rainy days upon arrival so it was nice to have a great place to gather with our friends... Had we not had to leave early, we were planning to try out the party spot under the house! They have really thought of everything and have it set up so nice! This was our first visit to this area so we spent a lot of time out sightseeing and trying out a couple of casinos... a day in New Orleans... a day in Biloxi doing the shrimp boat tour... stumbled on several great places for food, drinks, music! You are close to so many things to do! Adam was very great to work with throughout the entire process... he and his wife have really put “love” into their home! The decor is awesome! The kitchen (although I only fixed breakfast there once as we were out exploring so much) is really put together nice! They have EVERYTHING you could possibly want to prepare ANYTHING you want! If the opportunity ever presents itself again, I would rent Graff’s Acres again in a heartbeat! Fantastic home... fantastic people! Thank you Adam for sharing your piece of paradise with us... (we wish we would’ve had a boat)... Bethany

Trip was cut short, but still a great experience

Unfortunately, our trip was cut short by Tropical Storm Cindy. We only got to spend one night at Graff's Acres, but the owner (Adam) was terrific! He kept an eye on the weather and advised us on when we should leave. The house itself was spacious and comfy...obviously a much-loved camp. My kids had fun fishing off the dock out back. Conveniently located near the interstate, a decent grocery store, and a five-minute drive to the beach, we will definitely consider booking this same house again next year!

Huge house with everything you need.

This was our second trip to Bay St. Louis. This time we brought our whole family down to MS for spring break, grandma and cousins included. We rented this place and another place near by. But it was this place that we spent the time at. It is a much bigger place than I expected. Plenty of tables and chairs to eat at. We dropped our kayaks in the water out back and had a wonderful time exploring the area. Saw plenty of alligators, bald eagles, blue crabs and jumping fish. Spent a number of days at the beach as well and even though the weather was in the 80s we had the whole beach to ourselves. Highly recommend the shrimp boat tour in Biloxi which was worth it for just the dolphins alone. We were all talking about coming back again next year before we even left.

My wife and I absolutely love to spend the days relaxing at the camp. We enjoy boating, the family life and the total relaxation the camp provides us.

Why they chose this property

There is no more fun then going out on the boat for an afternoon of exploring, skiing with our daughters or just hanging out. Once back at the camp, it is time to BBQ or boil up a few pounds of shrimp or crabs. After the feast, we watch the sunset with a few adult beverages and wait for the stars to come out.

What makes this property unique

If you like the outdoor life, nature at it's finest, you don't need to look any farther. This is the best way to relieve stress and be outdoors.
