One and a half miles from Holiday Valley and Holimont ski slopes in winter or Holiday Valley golf course in summer. Seneca Alleghany Casino not far! Enjoy their entertainment, restaurant dining, full service spa and casino resort attractions! Four bedrooms (two with queen sized beds, one with double bed and the fourth with two single beds). Two baths and two fireplaces. Full kitchen with seating at the counter, dining area has cozy gas stove, living room has gas fireplace. Family room to send the kids to! Convenient parking, internet, 2 Direct TV’s, cell service. Wooded lot with plenty of space for snowmobiling, hiking or snowshoeing. Front porch and back deck. Bonfire pit and fishing dock (3 acre ponds) in summer! Town of Ellicottville within 5 min drive! Easy access to restaurants, shopping. Multiple additional golf courses within 5 mile radius.

Lovely
This is a pristine property inside and out. The house, grounds, and pond are beautiful. The owners were extremely hospitable and responsive to our every need. They showed incredible kindness when we experienced a family emergency. Our family would love to return someday soon.

Great place to hang outside by the pond.
The rental owner was very informative throughout the whole rental process. Made should we had everything we needed and more.

Great House & Setting
This is a great house for 8-10 people. We really enjoyed our time here and the setting. Everything was supper clean and just as shown on VRBO. It was peaceful and allowed us to spend quality family time over the New Year Holiday. No cell coverage at the house - had to drive down the street to get service. WiFi at the house would have made several folks a little happier during our stay, but we really enjoyed this property! Thanks Suzanne!
