About this property

My name is Jamie and I am the proud owner of this cozy townhome!

This beautiful end unit town home is located less than 3 miles from Wrightsville Beach. This is a three bedroom, 2 full bath unit. The prime location of the townhome allows easy access to shops, grocery stores, a wide selection of food choices and restaurants. The townhome has brand new furnishings in 2017 along with new hardwood floors, carpet and other updates. The home has a daybed with trundle, a queen pull out couch, a full side bunk bed with trundle and king bed in the master. The home setup is as follows: 2 bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. There is s full bath located on each floor.
The master has a king size bed. The second upstairs bedroom has a full size bunkbed with trundle. The downstairs bedroom is a day bed with trundle and the living room couch converts to a queen pullout.
The unit does have a washer/ dryer.

There is also a community pool accessible with a provided key. There are also two front door assigned parking spaces.

The location is right off Wrightsville Ave. minutes from anything a Wilmington visitor might want to experience.
The unit is in Wrightsville Place, about 1 mile from Dockside and about 2.5 miles from the beach.

Nice home with a great location!

We stayed in this unit over the summer. We loved the location and its proximity to downtown, restaurants and the beach. The unit was clean and was well stocked with necessities in the kitchen and bathroom. We enjoyed our visit and would consider renting again in the future.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Jamie’s place is amazing; quaint neighborhood, five minutes from the beach, tons of places to eat nearby, and she is a great host. Her place is the perfect accommodation for any group.

Wilmington Weekend

We had a wonderful weekend at Jaimie's condo. It was the perfect location for our activities and Jaimie worked through a difficult situation to make sure the condo was ready for us. The condo has everything you could need and is in a wonderful neighborhood!

Great Spot For Beach or Town

This condo is centrally located between the beach and town of Wilmington. The neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible. There are rooms upstairs and downstairs if you needed space. Overall, we were extremely satisfied.

I would recommend this place to other families.

Cozy beach getaway was a very nice place to stay. The furnishings were very nice and the place was very clean. It was in a convenient location to shops and restaurants and the beach was not very far away. Also the complex was quiet. There were toys provided for young children also. We would stay there again! Well appointed and very comfortable!

Exactly as advertised. Clean and very well appointed. Check-in process was an absolute breeze Very comfortable for me, my wife, and two daughters. Great location with easy access to beach and UNCW. Quite at night with comfortable beds. Would definitely book again and recommend without hesitation.

Well decorated, great location and family fun!

It was a great place for my family of 4 and our friends. Things could have been a little more organizes around the house and in the kitchen, lots of plates, way to may pots and pans but not enough silverware. Found some popcorn in a bed and maybe freshen up the towels . The neighborhood pool was amazing and my family spent may hours there. It was close to the beach and easy to get anywhere.

Wouldn’t Rent This Unit Again.

Advertised rental fees have added fees tacked on. The rental fee advertised should include all the extra add-ons. Whoever is “cleaning” the unit is doing very poor job. If our wives had made the trip, they would have called for a cleaning crew. Clumps of hair imbedded in dust/dirt around the baseboards in the upstairs bathroom. Debris was on the stairs leading to the second floor (didn’t look vacuumed). The master bed comforter had light/dark areas that looked like stains or Clorox blotches. The bottom of the kitchen sink stopper was covered with slick black mold. The bottom of a kitchen drawer was smeared with an orange sticky dried concoction that looked like a mixture created from opened condiment packs. The overall impression was that the unit has not been adequately cleaned for some time. I wouldn’t rent this unit again.

I Truly Hoped to Give this a Better Review

I would have loved to give this a better review. Upon entering the home I was truly happy. It was spacious, & had a great set up. I loved the ability to have a community pool as well as a back yard area. HOWEVER, my trip was pretty ruined as I came across many roaches....roaches of all sizes. Large, medium, small. Picking up my towels off of the cabinet on day one to have a roach so large under them I thought one of my children played a prank. Closets and other areas were filled with items that could have been cleaned up/minimized. The overall cleaning I would give a 3/5. Much to be desired. Especially when cleaning fee is tacked onto these stays. I contacted the property manager and she was quick to have the pest control come in. I appreciated this. She was also quick to answer messages and rectify our visit by refunding. HOWEVER VRBO itself still had me out $200 with their fees. I just never felt clean within this home. Which is sad with the potential it has. I waited some time to post as I struggled due to her trying to fix the situation...but I just cannot get over the lack of cleanliness, which I saw others post about..and the variety of roaches. They said have not been an issue for a long time..but they were ALL sizes... Not just small.

Home away from home

My family and I were very happy with this home! Perfect size, clean and comfortable, close to the beach and amenities, yet still quiet at night for the kiddos to sleep. Host was very pleasant and responsive with any questions I had. We would absolutely stay here again on our return trips to Wilmington!

Family weekend with my son and daughter

Hurricane Ian made an appearance on Friday. But Saturday and Sunday were beautiful. Townhouse was lovely. Plenty of space for all 3 of us. Great location. Will definitely rent again.

Good property for a quick beach trip

The property was nice and met our needs. Close enough to all local sites and amenities. Can easily get to where you want to go. Beds (except for master bed) are a little undersized and may be tight for adults.

Family vacation

The location was great, short drive to the beach and other attractions. The house was the right size for our family. Plenty of space. The only downside was the master bed was to soft or worn out. Patio furniture needs a little love, otherwise we had a great time and would go again. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.
