LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! You are on beautiful West Beach in Gulf Shores, close to great restaurants, ice cream shops, beach stores, The Hangout (home of the famous Hangout music festival) and much, much more! This is the East part of this beautiful beach front duplex and it is sure to please, with all the comforts of a vacation home while still being close to it all.

The lovely three-story duplex (east side of duplex) sleeps up to 14 people. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen. On the main floor, you will find the living area and the kitchen and dining areas. The kitchen and dining areas are open and perfect for entertaining all of the house guests, and the living area opens to a deck that is sure to please. The pool area is shared with the west side of the duplex and provides plenty of room for relaxing in the sun!

The top level includes three bedrooms and two baths. The master Gulf front bedroom features a king bed, an en suite bathroom and a large flat screen television. That level also features an additional bedroom with a king bed and a third bedroom with two twin bunk beds and one single twin over twin trundle sleeping six. There is a full bath in the hall. The first level has another king bedroom with adjoining bath, as well as a sleeper sofa with pull-out bed. FREE WIRELESS INTERNET with YouTube TV comes with this lovely beach house. The tvs are all smart tvs so you can connect to your own apps!

Have a large group? No problem, we also have the other side of the duplex available to rent as well.

Perfect fall vacation

3 families came together to enjoy fall break. It was exactly what we were looking for. The place was so clean and well maintained. We saw some rough reviews before and were a little nervous. All adults there agreed that you just cant make some people happy. We were all very pleased with the home and thankful we had the opportunity to stay there. The beach was perfect and not crowded. We will def be back.

Disappointed

I was disappointed with the home, the pictures were great but the home was tired, ceiling fans didn't work, the door knob broke off in my hand, the doors had gaps where you could see outside, there was mouse poop on the dishes and the lights would deem for no reason, the closets where full of furniture so you couldn't use them. The booking on the other half was rented out the last few days of our stay to a group of 12 frat boys and girls who blasted music till 3 in the am, left beer cans all over the pool deck and had six cars in the parking lot making it difficult for us to move our two cars around. The whole experience was disappointing. Why ask the ages of our children when you don't consider that when renting out the other half to a frat party group and also why was there a three car limit for us but not the other party. I am sure we left the house WAY cleaner than it was when we arrived.

Gulf Shores Beach home

Unit wasn't cleaned the best and had numerous repairs needed but the duplex was in a great area close to town, had a ton of space and the beach was not only gorgeous but never busy. I'd definitely come back!

Great family vaca

Wonderful location. Home is comfortable. Furniture is a bit tired and could use updating. Pool was very hot this time of year. But the location is great and it worked well for our family.

Blue house on the beach

Overall we LOVED the property! The house was immaculate and exactly what we expected. However, the pool was a little disappointing. When we arrived, the pool was only half full and had a patch that appeared to be some kind of clear tape in the corner. It was filled by the next day but the kids were so disappointed.

Perfect location

Family vacation for our kids graduating high school. Perfect location. Not in the party scene but not in the “burbs”. Easy access to the beach and the pool was amazing for the kids when the red flag was out. Tons of dishes, grill out back, tons of pool toys and beach chairs and umbrellas to take out. Rooms are a good size. Coffee pot and left over containers for the fridge were an added bonus. Hard to figure out the tv but I’m electronically challenged. Bring beach towels, garbage bags, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper and dish washing soap. Overall great!

Everything was great. Someone had posted before that there wasn't much in kitchen supplies. That was not the case for us. There was all kinds of kitchen supplies. They have a nice long table that we could all sit comfortably for dinners and playing farkle. The pool was very clean. We would go back without hesitation. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice and clean.

Gulf Shores 2022 Trip

Overall, we had a wonderful time! It definitely had enough room for our whole group of family. The location and area was wonderful! Plenty enough dishes, pots, and pans. The view was amazing, and the beach right past our pool was wonderful. Honestly, it was the best vacation we have had at Gulf Shores, and we definitely would book this place again! The express check in was awesome and super easy! We loved our time there and definitely would recommend this property. Needs a little work, and could use longer shower curtain in the bathroom with the balcony upstairs, but definitely had a wonderful time! Thanks Beachin East, and White Shores Reality! We loved the location. Pool needed to be cleaned a bit more as well as a lot of the furniture indoors was really old and stained. Definitely needs replacing. The beach is great and so nice and close. Also great that there was 3 king size beds for the 3 couples. Overall still a great vacation

Decent house, great location

The check in process was easy. The house itself really needs a deep cleaning and a handyman to go through and fix odds and ends: broken blinds, worn out screens, fans/ switches that don’t work, and replace some light bulbs. There were plenty of dishes in the kitchen, but not many cooking utensils or pots and pans for cooking. Stocking the kitchen and bathrooms with the basics for the week would be helpful for guests. There were no kitchen cloths or towels. The pool area was nice and pool was kept clean by friendly maintenance staff. Can’t beat that beach access though :) perfect location!

Pretty gross and scary

When we arrived it was difficult to know which door to enter. There were doors everywhere and nothing was marked. I called the property management company and was told which door to go through and the door was already unlocked. The PM told me that it may have been left open by the cleaning crew but I was uneasy bringing my family in a place that was unlocked upon arrival. I didn’t know if I needed to call the police before entering in case it was a break in. Opening the door and calling out for someone did not get a response. I noticed the kitchen sink was dripping and the top bedroom had the tv on like it was watched recently but timed out. The pool was full of kids drinking beer with mullets. I knew my family could not stay there. I called the next morning to talk about my experience with the property management company only to be made to feel like I was being silly, put on mute at one point, and given a hard time about when or if the lock would be fixed. She could not get off the phone with me fast enough but I had real questions about when this lock would be fixed. After no sympathy for having to finding a safe place for my family to stay, I was finally given the answer that The lock would be put on a work order for that day. I received a phone call and a voicemail that I did not get until later along with a picture of an empty pool. The whole effort felt sarcastic and petty after speaking with the agent in the office. I know not all agents would be so nasty but it’s hard to want to book with the company again after someone being so rude to me. I’ll move on and I’ll make sure to share my experience with the property and the management company.

Beach Condo with beautiful views!

Overall we had a good experience at this condo. The location was private and beach views were perfect. The beach was only a few steps away. We had 6 adults and 3 kids under the age of 4 and there was plenty of room for us all. Property could use some TLC; like new shower curtains that cover the entire shower and we were annoyed that basic things weren’t provided like beach chairs or umbrella, trash bags, or even dish soap for the sink or dishwasher. Also they had a grill but no charcoal for it. Coming from out of town I don’t want to have to go and buy all these necessities. Also, bring your own pillows. They had a k cup coffee maker and regular coffee maker which was nice. If you are looking for a nothing fancy, place to sleep this is for you.
