Regency isle is our favorite spot. It’s in a quiet area but very close to our favorite restaurants and shopping areas. We love the fact that there are always lots of families with kiddos, as our daughter enjoys making friends everywhere she goes. 1001 was a great condo, the rooms are a good size, everything was very clean, and the furniture was nice. A big advantage is the larger balcony, since it’s a corner unit. We had 7 people in our party ranging from age 7 to 81 and each of us were very happy with our stay. The cable in 2 of the bedrooms wasn’t working when we got there, and when we contacted Prickett Properties they very quickly had the issue fixed! Great customer service. Would recommend Regency Isle and Prickett Properties to anyone!

Great weekend min Vacay in Great Condo

We are long time visitors to the Alabama Coast and Orange Beach is our favorite spot. We found this unit at Regency Isle condos to be an ideal location. It was spacious and offered spectacular view of Ono Island and the Gulf. We will definitely this condo for another visit!

We had an incredible time at the beach. The condo was in the perfect location. We frequent the area often because we only live 2.5 hours away. Could not have had a better experience. Condo was exceptionally clean and had everything we could have needed. Will stay here again.

Loved our visit to Orange Beach. Condo was perfect. 3 bedroom and 3 1/2 bath! Well equipped kitchen, nice furniture and beautiful beach. Workout room disappointing, but not the condo owner fault. Would definitely stay there again.

We've stayed in the Orange Beach area roughly 8 times and this condo was by far our favorite. We've never stayed east of the bridge and were a bit concerned that we might not like it. The property felt newly remodeled and painted. It certainly was spacious and garage parking is a plus. Being on the east end of the building, the views of the ocean and Ono Island were spectacular.

Awesome week at the beach

The condo was very clean & beautifully decorated. The beds were comfy. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need to cook. They have both a regular coffee pot & a keurig. We really enjoyed the patio view for morning coffee or evening wine. Great location close to restaurants and only a short walk on the beach to FloraBama. Would recommend & would not hesitate to return! Thank you!

We've been staying at this condo building for five years for our family vacation and this unit is the best unit we've stayed in yet. Great location

The property as a whole was good, walkway to beach was good, short, clean, well kept, multiple showers and hoses to rinse off. The condo we had was an end unit with great views. Each bedroom had balcony door which was nice for all guests, not just master. Great views of bay from the other rooms. Only complaint was that unit could be cleaner, in master shower there was mildew build up in corners and overall unit needs a good deep clean, things were dusty. Well stocked for necessities. Overall 4 out of 5 stars.
