Relax in this cozy and comfortable downstairs apartment with patio in the middle of Historic Saint Augustine, just 10 minutes' walk from St. George walking street, in the very heart of Saint Augustine.

Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site (2 designated spots for your apartment).

The unit is equipped with a full bath. We know that traveling can be hectic so if you forgot your shampoo or conditioner, we provide a travel size at check-in for you to enjoy until you can grab your favorite.

The amenities don't stop there! We have a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and a coffee maker WITH the coffee. We also have a washer and dryer on site, and we provide the soap for your convenience.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

Wonderful St Augustine

Every thing about our stay at this property was first class. The accommodation was really well decorated and furnished which gave it a super friendly and cosy atmosphere. It was equipped superbly and very well maintained. Location was perfect. Just far enough out of the Historical Centre to be quiet yet close enough to visit without any fuss or inconvenience. The host was so friendly, chatty and yet not intrusive at all. She was very efficient on the occasions we had to ask for advice. In all a perfect stay and one that we will repeat without hesitation next time we are close to St Augustine. Thank you so much for maKING OUR Stay in St Augustine a memorable one.

Cozy getaway

The apartment is clean & attractive.Free parking & within walking distance to St. George street and surrounding museums. That being said, our vehicle was parked for 3 days and never moved. I will mention, although no fault of the establishment, the birds pooped more than I've ever seen in my life all over our vehicle. LOL. We had to hit the local car wash before heading home. Overall, wonderful stay.

Great Stay and Location

We were able to stay at this property for the Night of Lights and it was in a perfect location. Fit our family of three perfectly and the management was awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot walkable to Downtown

We loved this little apartment - it was well appointed and easy to get to. Parking was great and we walked or took trolley to everywhere we wanted to go. Tiniest kitchen smartly laid out made perfect sense for a vacation stay. Kirsten was so responsive and proactive for all the arrangements. We highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful trip

We visited our granddaughter at Flagler college and we had the best time. The vrbo is in the perfect area. Beautiful courtyard and the room was wonderful. Everything was clean and Kristin was amazing to work with. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

Great place only blocks to town

Our second visit here at this lovely property! Very clean, beautiful landscaping and within easy biking / walking distance to St. George Street and all the restaurants and shops.. We brought our bikes and never had to use the car in three days. Also nice is off street parking..We will be back

Great Location!

This property was exactly what I was looking for! It was in a great location near Flagler College and within easy walking distance of the Historic District. The house was very clean and well-maintained. The owner was also wonderful with communication!

Wonderful time in St Augustine at C2 Flagler !!!!!!

My wife and I spent 4 days at the Beautiful cottage C2 Flagler . It was walking distance to historic area and many eateries. This place was so nice and clean it made our stay so much more enjoyable. It was our first time at the online booking thing . But even at 67 the task was effortless. We will surely stay here again and tell all our friends. Thanks for the great VACA !!!!!!

Cute apartment, very clean and accommodating. Closest TRolley stop and King St was about 5 blocks away. Very Quiet location and easy parking. I would stay here again, no brainer.

Very close to historic downtown

It is a very nice little condo. I don't know the year it was built but it is older with wooden windows. One small bathroom and a small kitchen. It worked very well for us, it was clean and walking distance to historic area and the Fort. The master bedroom matress wasn't that comfortable. It was very clean and the manager was very accessable and very friendly. It has community washer and dryer closets outside, they were good working and we had no trouble getting to use them. We would stay here again.

Convenient to Historical St. Augustine

What a great sister trip to St. Augustine. Apt was clean and Kristen was quick to respond to any questions we had. So convenient to downtown, we parked the car and walked everywhere. It was a very safe neighborhood and walking back to apt after dark was never a problem. We really enjoyed our stay!

Couldn't be more pleased with the space and location. Traveled with teenagers. We felt comfortable walking late at night and my daughter enjoyed early morning runs in the neighborhood. Super convenient to all of the sites to see.

Wonderful location close to historic area. Courtyard comfort included with safe and secure onsite parking. Nice apartment amnesties provided to include Folgers coffee and liquid coffee mate creamers.
