Relax in this cozy and comfortable downstairs apartment with patio in the middle of Historic Saint Augustine, just 10 minutes' walk from St. George walking street, in the very heart of Saint Augustine.

Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site (2 designated spots for your apartment).

The unit is equipped with a full bath.

The amenities don't stop there! We have a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and a drip coffee maker with coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar. We also have a washer and dryer on site, and we provide the soap for your convenience.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

This first floor apartment has been tastefully decorated with all the modern conveniences, new appliances, flat screen TVs in all rooms, wireless access and we offer Roku TV.

Friends getaway

Perfect property for 4 friends reunited and celebrating our birthdays. The short walk to downtown was perfect. We were even close to a stop for the hop on/off trolley.

The property is an easy 2.5 block walk to historic downtown. Very clean with a nice outdoor area that provided space for son to play and look for lizards.

Our St Augustine trip

The location was great. We walked to most everything. The apartment was adorable and clean, lots of towels.The only thing I suggest is to have paper towels. We had a coffee spill the first day and had to clean it up with the kitchen towels. the kitchen towels.

Charming place close to downtown

This is my second time staying here. Its location is very convenient for walking downtown and enjoying all of the attractions. We were able to check out Night of Lights without dealing with traffic or trying to find parking.

Cute and Charming Apartment

Cute and charming little apartment. Very nice neighbors and conveniently located close to downtown attractions. I was out later at night with my daughters college parent weekend events and felt very safe walking around the neighborhood.

This property was great, close to at. George street we could walk right into town 0.5 miles. Closest trolley stop was the churches about 0.3 miles. Kitchen mostly fully stocked, only item that would have been useful that was missing was a colender or strainer for pasta. Otherwise excellent choice would stay here again.

Perfect vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Saint Augustine. The apartment was absolutely perfect. Kristen has the place decorated so nice. The bed is super comfy. I liked the touch of having coffee and providing plenty of towels and the makeup wipes were appreciated. The walk to the historic district was super easy and the firework display was the best we’ve ever seen! We will most definitely stay at this property again!!
