Situated on the wonderful sandy beach of Lefkimmi, in a huge all green plot and composed of a two storey building including 4 apartments, each 40 m2.
Each apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and two twin bedded rooms with a bed for child.
The apartments benefit enormously from their surroundings. There are numerous possibilities for sport activities on the private estate, such as basketball and football and there is a children’s play area, a BBQ area and a small lake at the edge of the property contributes to a romantic atmosphere.
The sea is only a short walk on the golden sand. A huge sandy beach, fringed by crystal-clear water, spreads before you as soon as you leave the gate of the property.
The area around is under environmental protection and therefore nothing can disturb your holiday there.
On the beach, 100 m. away, there is a municipal canteen.
Distance from the village of Lefkimmi and services: 1,5 km.
