The house worked out great for our weekend in Athens. The neighborhood was so cute and the location was walkable to everywhere we had to go. We even walked back from the game on Saturday night. Had to communicate with the owner once and he was very nice and quick with a response. I would definitely look to stay here again.
Really enjoyed our stay. The house is great for a game day weekend. It was clean and in a great location. The decor is all “Go Dogs” works great for visit to Athens.
From check-in to check-out this was a great stay and a great place to stay. We typically stay in hotels downtown but the comfort, ease of access, and incredible location have changed our plans moving forward. This house has great living spaces for friends to sit, talk and interact along with very comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Located a short walk from 5-Points, everything you need is just steps away or a short Uber to the downtown area. Additionally, the communication from the property manager is timely and all questions are answered respectfully even if it's not an answer you want (we asked about a pet but the property does not allow them - which is ok). We look forward to the Fall so we can visit our kids at stay here again.
We were in town for my daughter’s graduation from UGA and had a great experience staying in this house. Bryce answered questions quickly and was very helpful. It is in a nice neighborhood and quick walk to Five Points.
We stayed at this property as the visiting team’s alum for a UGA game. The house was perfect, and the owner, who knew we were the opposing team’s fans, was very gracious, helpful, and accommodating. Southern hospitality at its best. I enjoyed this property and a game day in Athens. We will return again!
We loved that we were close to 5 points and our daughter in her sorority house. Older home, nicely decorated. Easy communication, quick responses. The beds were a little on the firm side and the towels a little on the small side, but everything else was perfect.

Great location and host
We had a great time in Athens at the house. Walking distance to everything on campus and a short ride to downtown. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Great beds and shower as well.
Thanks for a great time.

Great Location!
On the whole, we enjoyed our stay. The location was great for our family - safe, beautiful neighborhood within walking distance to a coffee shop, restaurants, and neighborhood grocery store. And just a short drive to downtown Athens or local parks (for the kiddos). Plus, Bryce, our host, was very responsive and helpful during our stay.
While the beds were not the most comfortable and the bathrooms were a little dated, the rest of the house was updated and comfortable and it worked well for us. And there were plenty of extra sheets, pillows, towels, toilet paper, and hand soap, which we really appreciated.
