* Please note: Phoenix 10 will be conducting a tile installation project from September 16th, 2024 through mid-December 2024, schedule permitting. Here is what to expect:

• Each stack will take about 3 weeks, weather and schedule permitting.
• Work will be occurring on neighboring stacks and guests will not be directly affected since the unit will need to be closed when they are on that unit's stack.
• Noise is expected from the grinding and repair of concrete.
• Swing stages will be present on neighboring stacks.
