Magnificent stay, Mar 10-15, perfect location for spring training baseball and many activities within 3 miles. House was as advertised and would be perfect for family bbq in beautiful yard. Also outstanding for pets, our pup loved the grass patch! If we comeback next year, we would love to stay here again.

It was a 7, not a 9.
Overall the house was fine and we were generally comfortable. However, the rating when we booked was a "9.8: Excellent" which was a little deceiving. I'd give about a 7. - The master bed was comfortable, but the second queen bed was not and one of the kids twin beds was very noisy. - There are no chaise lounge chairs by the pool.- The home feels a little old and outdated.- The heating system for the pool and hot tub is funky. The hot tub emptied and refilled multiple times a day, making it so that we couldn't use the hot tub whenever we wanted. We had to consistently switch heating from pool to hot tub and make sure the valves were just right so the hot tub wouldn't empty. Not something you want to have to keep doing when relaxing on vacation. - The pool heater/unit it also very noisy when sitting on the patio. - Speaking of noise, there are dogs on each side of the house that like to bark, which can be annoying when at the pool or even going to sleep at night. - Having the park across the street was nice and we played there each day, however, the grass was completely dry, hard and dusty.- The location is close to the baseball complex and football stadium, and outlet shopping center, but not within walking distance to anything. - Our kids enjoyed playing billiards pool and shooting hoops in the garage. - The kitchen was very functional, but could use another large fry pan (there are 2 very small ones, not great for scrambled eggs for example).
Went down to warm up, and catch a couple baseball games. The place was exactly as described. Great location to everything. Neighborhood was quiet. Just a great house.
The highlight of this property was the location was great and hot tub and pool delivered fantastically. The house cleanliness could be improved floors, carpets, walls and tops were visibly dirty. New sheets and towels would go a long way.
Everything about this house was really great for all of us. We all enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Well worth the extra money. Excellent communication with owner, excellent location convenient for all our needs. I’m sure we will stay there again.
Nice house, great yard and hot tub. Overall great property and good stay. Only things were we cooked breakfast and dinner one day and used pans that were in the house, and a lot of our food stuck and they were really worn out and may need to be replaced for future use. And master bedroom was very nice and roomy but found the bed to be extremely uncomfortable and it killed my back!! Otherwise good stay. Thank you.
Beautiful home. We traveled with our 11 year old grandson. He loved the pool and hot tub.
Really nice having all the instruction notes.
The only problem was air conditioning outside master bedroom very loud. Also, it would probably be a good idea to mark the step down in garage having two different levels. I fell while taking out the trash not knowing it had a step down.
Everything was great. Gary was very responsive, the house was clean, pool was great. It was perfect for three, 60 year old guys in town for the Rams/Cardinals game.
Would definitely stay here again.
I was in Phoenix for an nfl game. The home has a pool that was fantastic to spend the 90 degree weather days in. It's only 5 miles away from the cardinals stadium, so the price to Uber to and from the stadium.
My only complaint would be that the TV in the living room is dated and you can't Screencast or use apps
In town for a few days to visit family. House worked out perfectly for us to all hang out, lots of room and seating to accommodate everyone that came to visit us. Park across the street, large convenient store few blocks away and shopping and places to eat no far at all. Will stay again if we come back
Pool and hot tub were great. Well stocked, large house was nice. The host seemed nice and was fairly quick to respond.
As we settled in, The master bed looked messy so I immediately pulled the sheet any they were really dirty (unidentified fluid). We removed and found new ones in the closet, but they smelled so we ended up washing our bedding just after check in. As we continued settling in, I found a broken piece of chain in the kitchen as well as 2 pieces of glass on the floor (a 3rd was found later in the master carpet). This was a bit frustrating since we have dogs and the broken glass is dangerous. Out of the 4 bedrooms, there was only one comfortable bed. My husband and I ended up sleeping on the couch. There were 4 different sets of "rules" and it was confusing to know which to follow. We ened up doing the dishes and 2 loads of laundry, on top of having to pay a cleaning fee. Overall, the value and comfort just wasn't there.
I booked the place because all 17 prior ratings were 5-stars. I don’t get why so many people thought so highly of the place. It’s ok - it’s comfortable, but the place is pretty old and worn out. It has a very lived-in feel. Fridge has many used bottles of condiments. Cupboards are stocked with opened and half-full containers of food. Linen closets are stuffed with a multitude of random towels and linens. Pots and pans are heavily used. One bedroom has a baby changing station stocked with half-used packs of diapers. That might be very useful to someone, but it wasn’t the vibe I was going for. The pool table is great, as is the pool/spa. Great neighborhood. Nice park across the street. It was clean and spacious and comfortable, but I expected less wear and tear from such a highly rated property.
This was the perfect spot for family time. I didn’t want to staycation at our house because I work from home. The house was perfect mix of nice and comfortable. Close to amenities but lots to do without having to leave. The owner's instructions were very detailed and helpful.
The rental property was nice and clean. Our favorite was the pool. It was a decent size to play volleyball in the water. We will definitely book it again. Thank Gary for everything!

Semi-retired with property homes (and grandkids) in both Arizona and Oregon.
Why they chose this property
We have used this home for 3 years but with new grandchild in Oregon arriving in April we are renting during our absence. The home actually has 4 bedrooms however we list it as three and use one for personal storage.
What makes this property unique
Clear, quiet neighborhood with tons of shopping, dining and recreation in the area. Across the street is a community park with a large open area, Ramada and play structure for the kids.
