Situated on a 44-acre ranch, this log home built by Pioneer Log Homes of BC has a large master bedroom, 2 additional bedrooms upstairs, a gourmet kitchen & expansive outdoor areas for lounging, hiking, bbq'g & playing - all in the heart of Santa Ynez Valley wine country. The ranch is privately tucked back in a bowl surrounded by hills so you don't even see the neighbors. Plus, the ranch is home to several friendly animals that you can visit and even help feed if you wish. We have huge grass lawns for a game of soccer, a picnic, yoga or amazing nighttime star gazing. And, we can even accommodate your horses as well for an extra charge. Pet friendly with small additional charge & prior approval.

Why they chose this property
This property is truly tucked away from it all. The log cabin gives you the feeling that you are up in Montana or Wyoming, yet you are still in the mild climate of central coast California, with Lake Cachuma as well as gorgeous Santa Barbara beaches nearby. And since we are in the heart of Santa Barbara County wine country, you have a huge variety of wineries to explore. We also have our friendly animals (goats, chickens, sheep, horse and dog) on the ranch that you can feed and visit daily.
What makes this property unique

And since we are in the heart of Santa Barbara County wine country, you have a huge variety of wineries to explore. And the cute little town of Solvang is nearby with its old Denmark feel and lots of amazing bakeries. And don't forget our own 805 and Fig Mountain Breweries with nearby locations.
