DISCOVER BAYFRONT - sleeps up to 10. Dock, boat slip & sports ports include

Quiet residential street with backyard on the water. Swim, float, paddle board or kayak. Easy short walk to many restaurants and activities. Off street parking for 3 cars. Well appointed like a real home. Three short blocks to beach. Two blocks to Fish Alley. Owner owns and manages both east and west sides of this property. Family and personal friends maintain and are on call for any issues arising. Also see other Olandt "cottage" rentals in Sea isle City. #74545, #33343, and 820904, All homes are eclectic country style decor, very clean and comfortable. 45th Place is the shortest, nicest lagoon street. Very few rentals sooooo....Relax and enjoy your vacation but please be respectful of neighbors. Dock is 50 feet wide and shared. There is one shared ramp from deck and one shared ladder to water. Each unit (east and west) has 2 paddle boards and 2 kayaks. Each unit has a boat slip. Sports ports may be available by request.

Comfortable and well appointed

The property was as advertised. It's comfortable and well appointed. You can hear the neighbors from time to time but it's not a problem. The beach is probably a 10 minute walk and the seafood restaurants are right around the corner.

Sea isle vacation

The bedroom setup was perfect for our family. Loved being on the bay, especially since kayaks & stand boards were available. Happy that chairs, beach towels & beach tags were provided. Our only complaint was the kitchen had an ant problem & the gate to the dock was broken; having young grandchildren with us we needed to fashion a way to block access. A good time was had by all.

Awesome vacation

This house was everything one would want in a beach house. It was clean, easy walk to beach, and provided an unexpected bonus of the fun the bay can be. Stacy was an awesome too and you can tell she takes pride in her rentals!!

Perfect house in the perfect location

Not only was Stacy so helpful throughout the process of renting, she was also flexible with date changes. The house was clean and updated. The location was perfect being right on the bay. The paddle boards and kayaks that Stacy provided were in perfect shape and made for a fun way to be in the bay. Overall the house could not have been any better.
