Surrender to the sounds of birds frolicking nearby; enjoy while watching canoes pass; or, simply relax over breathtaking sunset views of the Cape May Meadows, a world famous bird and wildlife refuge. The complex is designated as a Wildlife Habitat. The private deck, the living room, and the master bedroom all overlook the meadows. In the spring and fall, gaze at migrating birds passing through the meadows that captivate both expert and novice bird watchers. The townhouse backs right onto the meadows and has spectacular year-round views and beautiful sunsets.

The unit was renovated recently with new kitchen cabinets, flooring, bathroom vanities, and much more.

Note: Summer rates for the following year will be set in the Fall. For now those periods are blocked on the calendar.

Centrally Located: You’ll be just minutes from Cape May beaches and a block away from Victorian historic sites, such as the famous Physick Estate. Take a dip in the large community pool (seasonal) or just bike everywhere from this central location. Numerous unique shops and restaurants are just a few minutes away, and to the center of town is a short, picturesque stroll. A park and playground for kids is also just 2 blocks away. Just leave your car in the private garage.

Towels and Linens are not included. We've outsourced to the best Linen Co in Cape May. You'll need to call Linen Ladies, there number can be found and your order can be placed online -they drop off all the required linens you'd like the day you arrive, and pick them all up the day you leave. Another similar company is Shoreline Linen. Alternatively, You can always bring your own from Home!!

Please also note that the two queen mattresses and the full mattress are deep (10 to 12 inches). The unit does include pillows, blankets and mattress covers. Please review the bedding sizes prior to choosing the linens to bring. Also, during the off-season (usually after Labor Day in September and up to 3rd week in June) our cleaners do offer linen and towel service for a fee.

Refunds: In the event of cancellation by the Tenant, the disposition of' any deposits made is up to the Owner. If Owner agrees to absolve this lease agreement on Tenant's behalf, payments will be refunded only when the property is re-rented at no loss to Owner.
