We have dropped our price 60% for the month of April 2025 to end of June 2025. They are doing re-piping to the building adjacent to us and there will be construction noise Monday to Friday 9:00am to 4:30pm. NO WORK BEING DONE evenings, weekends or holidays. You must acknowledge that you understand there will be noise at time of booking. Most people are at the beach, pool or touring the island during the day so this might be an opportunity for you to stay in an amazing condo for a great price!!!

We are located North Kaanapali beach and this is a legally permitted vacation rental and is hotel zoned according to the County of Maui ordinances.

At last, you’ve found an extraordinary combination of secluded privacy, breath taking ocean views and magical sunsets. Meditate and relax, stroll by the Koi ponds and water features and see tropical flowers -red ginger, Anthurium and bird of paradise. Papakea Resort is an Ocean Front complex! Our G104 condo is positioned in a prime spot at the resort with ocean and garden views!
Our dual Air Conditioned condo can sleep up to 4 and is beautifully updated featuring a large private Air Conditioned bedroom with a King size bed and a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The kitchen and bathroom have been updated with granite counter tops, white cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The condo has modern furniture, top of the line Hotel linens, stainless steel appliances, paint, art and décor. The location of Papakea has direct water access and beautiful tropical gardens, 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, Koi ponds, putting greens, tennis and Pickleball courts and more. We have extremely high standards and we are constantly updating our rental apartment in an effort to provide our guests with a clean, comfortable and enjoyable home while on vacation. We provide free WiFi, Pack'n Play (pls request it at time of booking), beach gear (beach chairs, snorkels, boogie boards, cooler, beach towels, beach umbrella) and a well stocked kitchen. We are taking great precautions and doing a deep clean in our condos as well as supply cleaning supplies for you to use. Book with us, you will not be disappointed!

From our ground floor Lanai you can enjoy a view of the ocean, putting green, swimming pool, tropical gardens and Koi ponds.

We are also owners of unit A204 in the same complex which has direct ocean views. Our A204 condo is similar size ( one bedroom with king bed, full size living room and full kitchen and bath) but set up to sleep 2 adults. Inquire for more info if interested.

Like many resorts in Maui, Papakea Resort collects a $25/night resort fee to cover parking, water aerobics, Yoga, pool/hot tub access, shuffleboard, cable TV, etc. This fee is paid to the front desk at checkout and not to the host.

There is so much to enjoy and do! You can relax on the Lanai while sipping on a cocktail as the waves crash only a few feet away. Or you can head down to the beach to get a surfing lesson or maybe do a little body surfing in the waves. Later hit the putting greens or challenge a friend to a game of tennis or pickleball. Relax by one of the two pools to work on your tan, then enjoy a soaking session in the bubbling hot tub. Back in the condo you can connect to WiFi to post the pictures of your trip while you surf the cable channels on the couch. Whip up a dish in the convenient kitchen, then dine out on the Lanai and enjoy the sea breeze rolling in.

You will find everything you need in our fully equipped & updated kitchen to prepare a snack or a feast. We provide you with everything we can think of to make your stay enjoyable! From clothes washer and dryer, blender, toaster, hand mixer, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, iron and ironing board, blow dryer, dish soap, laundry soap (starter kit), spice rack, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, cooler, boogie boards, snorkel gear, board games, playing cards, tennis rackets to golf putters and balls for the putting greens.

Papakea Resort is located at North Kaanapali Beach and features 13 acres of lush landscaped grounds, fresh water Koi ponds, 2 swimming pools, 2 large Jacuzzi's, 12 gas BBQ's, 2 putting greens, 2 shuffleboard courts, tennis and pickleball courts. The condo is located within walking distance to restaurants, grocery store (Times Market with ready made food), farmer's market, snorkel gear rental shop, gift shops and an ocean side park. Each evening, Tiki torches light up the property for an exquisite Hawaiian tropical ambiance. Enjoy free Mai Tai's every Thursday afternoon and free fitness classes including yoga, Tai chi and swimmercise year round. There is a sandy beach just steps from the condo (beach sand levels can vary depending on the conditions). Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, turtle spotting, boogie boarding, paddle boarding, and whale watching (during whale season) as well as incredible sunsets.

We have a local Farmer's Market 3 times a week one block away so you can buy local produce. There is also upscale shopping and restaurants at Whaler's Village only a 5 minute drive.

*There is a strict and enforced NO SMOKING policy in place at Papakea and in our condo and on the Lanai. Smoking areas are very limited. You must consult with the front desk for locations.
