Tennis Ladies

We were down there for the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament. It was a great location with great amenities. We enjoyed the pool, and they even had the tennis match on a big screen poolside. The accommodations were very nice, actually more spacious than we expected. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and check in was easy. Only bummer was the only restaurant on sight was not open due to remodeling, I think. That would have been nice but not necessary. Would definitely stay there again!

Clean Property and Responsive Service

This is a very nice property. My friends were very pleased with the rooms and enjoyed the pools. The appliances in our room worked well. Customer service was easily accessible (through text and phone) and generally responded fairly quickly depending on the backlog of other guests' requests. The only negatives I can think of are 1) the glass door in the shower in one of our rooms did not create a proper seal so our floor towel got soaked fairly easily (not as much of an issue since you can always ask for more towels), 2) there was no daily room cleaning (due to COVID, which is understandable) and 3) from speaking with other guests, there historically used to be a Coachella shuttle stop available to ANYONE with a shuttle pass at this location (you didn't need to stay here or if you did, you could have bought the Coachella/shuttle pass separately). However, this year it was only available to those who got the package deal for accommodation at this location, a Coachella pass AND a shuttle pass. If this arrangement continues in future years, people should also factor in the cost and time to get to another public shuttle stop. If I recall correctly, it was $25-50 USD per direction depending on surge pricing and before tip. Overall, I recommend this property for most people. If you're here just for Coachella, I would definitely look into other properties that have a shuttle stop since the cost and time to Uber twice a day each day will add up, especially if you have fewer people to split the bill. If they decide to open up the shuttle stop at this location to everyone, then I 100% recommend this place.

Desert Escape

The unit was well appointed, spacious and comfortable - and very close to pool. Shadow Ridge golf course was great. Pools and other amenities were great too. Looking forward to coming back.

Love Shadow Ridge

We have been coming to Shadow Ridge for many many years. I found this property on VBRO and it was a good find. There where a few problems that were quickly fixed. The only thing that you should be aware of is that you may only use the pool from 9-1 or 2-6. You get a wristband band and are assigned your time. We had no idea and it is not listed in Marriott website. We ended up going to another hotel just to be able to use the pool when we wants. There is open swim from 7 pm- 9 pm. There are other hotels that are open all day. So to sum it up this is a great rental. The grounds are nice and I will definitely stay here again.
