About this property

The highest elevation for miles which means amazing views. You can throw a stone into the ocean from a large wrap around deck with private staircase to the beach that allows for unlimited access and views of Cape Cod Bay. Grill, cocktail, eat or just sit and be amazed by the best views on the Cape guaranteed. Go to sleep and wake up listening to the ocean. The house does not have air conditioning because you will never need it with the constant ocean breeze through every window of the house.

Ten miles from both Wellfleet and Provincetown and one mile from the ‘ocean-side’ beaches and a 9 hole public golf course. Fishing from the beach is great for stripers and blues from May-October. Very easy access to the boat launch at Pamet River if you have a boat or kayak.

Kitchen and house are fully stocked with everything you could ever need. Wireless internet and several TVs with full cable allow for modern escapes as needed.

Perfect location!

Loved our stay! Our family had a great time and loved the location! The home was well supplied which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. It was obvious that many family memories have been made in that home....which made it even more special.

Room for everyone!

Beautiful beach house with all the amenities and private beach, overlooking Cape Cod Bay. The 5 bed, 3 bath home was large enough to comfortably accommodate our 3-generation family in total comfort.

Easily the best Cape location I ever stayed at

This is exactly what we were looking for: a beachfront property with plenty of beds that we could stay at all weekend without driving to other destinations. We spent the entire weekend on the compound enjoying the views. The first day we saw whales, dolphins and seals from our porch. All and all an awesome stay.

Beautiful Beach Home

My friends and I were so pleasantly surprised by how beautiful this property was! A group of 10 of us stayed for a long weekend and everything was perfect. The house is very roomy and the views and beach breezes were amazing. We spent a lot of our time on the beach and ate every meal out on the deck. David was so patient and responded to all of my questions very quickly. Would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful location, hospitable hosts

Just a beautiful view of the ocean, including views of Provincetown. Easy access to a gorgeous beach. The house itself was also very nice. It has multiple bedrooms and three full bathrooms, plus a very nice family room. Great deck space and a fire pit. I really enjoyed starting my day on the deck with a cup of tea watching and hearing the waves roll in. The house is also very well equipped with linens, towels, kitchen utensils and beach toys. The hosts themselves were very approachable, checking in to see how we were finding everything and very responsive to questions.
