Featuring 3 large ocean front decks, spacious yard and private walking path through the powder-soft sand dunes to one of the best stretches of beach on the Texas Gulf Coast. Recently remodeled beach front home in Surfside Beach, TX, The High Tide Beach House has everything you're looking for and more! This beach home is great for multiple families vacationing together because it offers three large bedrooms with enormous windows with spectacular ocean views and a huge bunk room with 4 Queen Bunk Beds for the kids. Whether hanging at the well appointed house or just steps away at the sandy beach you are sure to relax in to your vacation in no time!

- Beach Level -
Starting at the ground level, you'll have plenty of parking space, a nice big yard with an enormous newly-built elevated deck including a private enclosed outdoor, warm water shower, BBQ Pit and beachside grilling area. Hang a hammock on this level and enjoy the large shaded deck ocean breeze with the gentle sounds of waves and seagulls. Largest beachside private yard in the area with Volleyball Nets and plenty of extra room for games like horseshoes or washers. Of course you can take just a few steps through The High Tide Beach House private path to the warm waters of the gulf of Mexico.

- Main Living Level -
The main living space has an open concept kitchen, dining and living room; with a huge picture window overlooking the massive second story deck, beach, and gulf. On this second story level, the deck boasts rail height tables and chairs to ensure that your view is never compromised while either enjoying your morning coffee or just keeping an eye on what's happening on the beach below. Also on the second level, are three bedrooms and two full baths. One king bedroom with picture window beach view, one queen bedroom with large bay window beach view, and one oversized bunk room with 2 queen size bunkbeds (top and bottom), as well as a laundry closet with full size washer and dryer. For your convenience, the living room couch also pulls out into a full size bed. All bedrooms and the living room have wall mounted televisions with cable access.

- Master Suite Level -
Finally, escape to the third floor master suite with a king bed and satellite television. Enjoy private access to the third floor deck along with the spa like connected bath. Note- the upstairs bathtub has been replaced with a standing shower. The house is no longer equipped with a bathtub.

Galveston offers the rollercoasters and restaurants of Pleasure Pier, exhibits and aquariums of Moody Gardens, world-class water slides of Schlitterbahn water park and shopping the historic Strand district which hosts Mardí Gras Galveston and Dickens on the Strand each year.

The High Tide Beach House is located in the charming Village of Surfside Beach, located 45 miles south of Houston, Texas. Houston boasts two airports, the Hobby Airport on the south side of the city is around 1 hour closer to Surfside. You'll travel through the coastal suburban towns of Pearland, Lake Jackson and Freeport on your way to your beachfront paradise.
