This 3 bedroom 2 bath villa sleeps 6. This lovely home is located in the very private gated community of Weston Hills in Clermont. 6.8 miles from Disney. This house stands out because it is located at the back end of the community overlooking conservation which can never be built on so there are no houses behind you. It provides alot of privacy. Watch the spectacular sunsets from the private pool or Jacuzzi. This house has been lovingly cared for over the years.This community offers many things to do for a family. As well as the pool and jacuzzi at the house there are walking trails, a soccer field, basketball court, tennis court, 2 pools, splash playground, volleyball court, and a large kids playground. Lots to do! A great place to vacation!

Beautiful "home away from home".

My family had a wonderful time at this property. We stayed for 11 nights in April/May 2024. It truly felt like a home away from home.The home is beautiful and well maintained. The description of this property is spot on. Gated community which added extra safety as were travelling with a young child. The check-in process is seamless and checking in at the gate was easy with only minor delays if there are others in line ahead of you. The house also has an alarm for added security. The pool is beautiful and well maintained.The screen in the back is perfect and keeps any bugs out. Safety screen to keep the kids safe. The neighbours are friendly and keep to themselves and there is enough privacy by the pool as the home backs onto a ravine. The playground in the community is wonderful and includes a splashpad and 2 pools, tennis court, walking trail. So ideal to have nearby with little kids. Well furnished, but as listed you will need to provide your own toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwashing and landry detergent. These were easy to get as there are grocery stores and a Dollartree nearby so you easily get what you need at an affordable price for your stay.Approx 1/2 hour from Disney and there are a number of restaurants and shopping in any direction. We also loved that it was only a 20 min drive from downtown Clermont.We would gladly stay at this property again. Mindy's communication was excellent and she responded in minutes. Thank you so much!

A little home away from home

Well taken care of home, set up with everything you need for a nice home away from home style vacation. Towels, linens, extra blankets if needed. The pool was the highlight of our trip when we were at the house. Convenient location-close to dining, fun and shopping of all varieties. Just a short drive to Disney without being in the heart of the hustle and bustle. Clermont was a very nice town. Only downside is the beds could for sure use some updating. Responsive owner was a plus.

It was a nice peaceful place, everything you need is close! The only thing I didn’t like is that they would fine you for everything! But I understand why they would! Bc some people don’t take care of things! So it was all good! I give it it a 4.8! Out of a 5!!

Great Stay. Lovely Vacation Home.

Very safe neighborhood w/extra security features. Must present ID every time you enter the premises. Home was exactly as described. Very clean and met our expectations for the week. Located near grocery stores and a good variety of restaurants. Door Dash will deliver to this home as well. We had a wonderful stay and the owner communicated very well and addressed any questions or concerns we had. Only thing I would change is the shower heads in both showers. They both had weak pressure and for such a lovely home these could be replaced fairly cheap. We would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone visiting this area.

The house had everything we need. There was some confusion with the pool we paid to have heated, and it would have been nice to have enough laundry soap to do more than one load of laundry. Other than that, nice place.

Wish I could give this house a higher rating!

This home is located in a nicely maintained, gated neighborhood with easy access to major highways, Disney World, restaurants and grocery stores. This community also has two outdoor pools and a recreational area, however, we did not access those during our stay. Instead, we enjoyed the private pool and hot tub at this rental. The private pool was the highlight of our rental experience. One suggestion would be for the owner to add a couple of safety bars to assist in getting in and out of the pool. There were none. The layout and quality of the kitchen was decent. The overall design of the house worked well. The house also has a comprehensive security system. Detailed notes are provided to the renter. Our rental contact, Mindy, responded promptly when contacted. While there, a toilet wasn't working properly and she secured a plumber the next day who promptly fixed the problem. Additionally, upon notification, she replaced a couple of baking pans. Regarding disappointments, this house needs a thorough deep clean---all floors, baseboards, ledges, fans, windows, etc. There was a lot of dirt and dust. We did not report this since we did not want further disruption during our stay and this house cleaning would definitely take dedicated time! Secondly, all of the bedroom mattresses are of poor quality. We did report that but were told the mattresses were just "fine." Clearly, they were not. The queen mattress, especially, provided almost no support. Thirdly, the Sling TV service was sub par. Additionally, the TV's in the bedrooms are very small to view from the beds. One of the TV's was not working at all. Since we didn't watch a lot of TV while there, we didn't report the TV's during our stay. Almost all the window blinds did not work correctly and there were some other smaller things I will share with Mindy via telephone. With this additional attention, this house could easily be awarded a higher rating.

I thought the house was beautiful. Buy your own toilet paper and paper towels as they wont provide no paper towels and not enough toilet paper to get you through your stay. Then what ever you buy and don't use you have to throw away because they will charge you if you leave it for next guest. You will be expected to clean the pool also because they only care about the water not the appearance. In the master bedroom you wont know until 2 or 3 in the morning when the moon shines in your eyes and wakes you up. No shade on top of window to close. Bed is very hard. Loved the gated estate. Again the house was beautiful. Just prepare your self to buy and do laundry. Hotels don't expect you to do this and they provide you with toilet paper. What exactly does 139.00 for cleaning mean? When on vacation you pick up after yourself and take trash out because no one business about your trash but the other is overrated. You should be better than an hotel. If you charge for cleaning, then you do the cleaning.

The property is comfortable and well-kept but there were inconveniences.

The house is beautiful and clean. The pool was beautiful and the rooms very comfortable. Our stay here was met with a few challenges. The Check in process was good, but we weren’t prepared for the experiences below, so please be prepared for these. Be prepared to: 1. Remove garbage from the previous tenants which caused a stench in the entire house, although the garbage was left in the garage. 2. Share all or any of your food/snacks with ants. Your contract will indicate that there will ants, please do not underestimate this because any food items left out of the fridge will be consumed by ants within minutes. 3. Be inconvenienced by security who can keep you waiting at the gate for 20-30mins when returning from site seeing, all because the house was being cleaned and we could not enter while the cleaners were there. 4. Be inconvenienced by security yet again, this time a different guard who refused to allow us to enter the compound even after presenting relevant identification. It can take as much as 20 mins for the security to correctly determine that you are the tenant of the accommodation you are renting. If you are able to endure such inconveniences at times when you least expect it, then everything will be fine because the accommodation is comfortable.

Nous étions très bien installé dans cette belle résidence. Nous étions bien situé afin d’aller à Disney et Universal Studio. La maison est très propre, la piscine est magnifique également. Nous avons eu un excellent service de la propriétaire Mindy et à chaque fois que nous avions une question elle répondait très rapidement. J’y retournerais sans hésitation. Merci!

Disney family vacation

This place is amazing. Mindy was wonderful throughout our whole stay. We went to Disney to celebrate my daughter’s and my mom’s birthday and decided to rent and what a wonderful stay we had. I highly recommend staying here. Everything we needed was close by which was great because we didn’t have to have a car. Overall this was a beautiful experience.

served its purpose well! Charging extra and charging fees to have a maintenance worker flip a switch is a bit much. Other than that we had a blast and it was convenient location to Disney and parks.
