NEWLY DECORATED! This beautiful condo has NEW everything! Recently gutted to the studs this property was completely renovated to make for the perfect beach vacation!
With the best views and the best location, Lighthouse 714 is simply the BEST!
We will have a king in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, as well as a set of twin bunk beds in a bonus room and a sleeper sofa in the Living Room. Plenty of room for 8 of your closest friends or family. Both bathrooms will have all new fixtures, toilets, sinks, showers, tubs…new everything!
The kitchen will be top of the line with all new appliances and the most modern décor.
Lighthouse also offers great onsite amenities. You will find a large outdoor pool, outside jot tubs, indoor pool, sauna, fitness room, and community grills.
In the heart of Gulf Shores, you will find that you are steps away from shopping and great seafood dining. Minutes from great attractions like arcades, water parks, and amusement parks. History buff? You are minutes from historic Ft Morgan, a short ferry ride from Ft Gaines on Dauphin Island, as well as a short car ride to the USS Alabama and Ft Conde in Mobile.

• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old

• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age or older to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
