OCEANFRONT Buxton- South Tower Circle - This spacious and comfortable home is a PURE JOY for large family groups. Enjoy great views of the lighthouse, just a short bike ride away. The steps to the beach and convenient outside showers makes for perfect beachy fun, or you can relax and soak away the day in the soothing hot tub. Experience PURE JOY as you watch the waves through the large oceanfront windows! Excellent fishing, surfing, kiteboarding and windsurfing are at your doorstep. Ample supply of videos and reading material provided for rainy days.

Great Location

The house was great as far as roominess; however, it needs a lot of updating and supplies in the kitchen were very limited. Beds were horrible and need replacing. The best thing was the location and the view....right on the beach.

Get away from it all!

Excellent location! Remote, quiet and beautiful views. The property was very clean. The house could use a little updating but having the ocean just outside the door was of more interest to us. After a day spent at the beach, fishing and watching the dolphins play in the surf, we would soak in the hot tub then head indoors and spend the evening playing pool or foosball. The wifi was a little weak and slow but with teenagers who have spent the last year on devices it was a welcome break (And if it was a little slow for work emails to get through, that was okay too!) There also wasn't a corkscrew or a dustpan, which seemed odd but we were able to overcome - haha!! Overall, we absolutely loved our vacation and the location was excellent!!

Pure Joy 112

The property is misrepresented in VRBO and Property Manager advertising. The pictures of the property are several decades old, and represent a well-maintained beach-front property. The reality is a run-down property with many, many maintenance issues. The advertising pictures are from a time when there was a substantial dune separating the property from the ocean. That is no longer the case, and high tide leaves little "beach". A lot of the missing beach and dune are now reside in the parking space beneath the property, and in and alone the streets providing access to the property. In short, the property (via pictures) was represented as being in almost new condition, and is, in fact, an aging building that has not been well-maintained.

Had a great time!

We had a great time. We have a lot beach lovers in our family and the location of this house couldn’t be more perfect. We have a large family so having eight bedrooms was also a plus.
