All bedrooms come with smart TVs and large closets. Laundry is located on this level as well as a dry entrance to the home.
The final level of the home boasts the large great room, kitchen, dining area, game room and the final master bedroom. Cozy up together on one of the many seating options in the great room and put on your favorite movie using the VIZIO Smart TV and enjoy every sound with the Bose sound bar. Let the cook in your family take advantage of the stainless steel kitchen with top quality amenities. Gather the group at the dining table or grab a quick bite before the day at the breakfast bar. Lounge out in the media room and relax in front of the large TV.
Step outside on the deck and watch the sea oats blow in the ocean breeze. Once the sun has set, step back inside and retire to the queen master bedroom with private bath. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
