Perfect alternative to an expensive hotel room without giving up luxury or location!
Located in the wonderful and trendy Chueca Neighborhood. All new, completely renovated apartment, with all modern amenities and elevator. Very close to Prado, Thyssen and Reina Sofia Museums and the Palacio Real (Royal Palace). A few steps away from the Gran Via. Near Malasaña and the Barrio de las Letras. The mercado de San Anton, which has a large selection of gourmet stands and restaurants, is at the end of the street, and there are several trendy, beautiful, and also classic, traditional, Spanish restaurants nearby.

The apartment is on the second floor, facing the street, with an elevator and also a wide beautiful staircase. It has 2 balconies with large windows that open and allow lots of natural light in and wooden floors.

The apartment has a king size bed (1.80m x 2.00m ), with all white, fluffy linens, plus an additional sofa bed in the living room. It has a very nice bathroom with a huge shower. Lots of light and smack dab in the middle of all the happening places. The bedroom is open to the rest of the apartment. You can see it well in the pictures.

It has a modern, fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need in case you decide to stay in and cook.

The apartment has a fiber optic Internet connection for extremely fast WiFi and a 40" Sony Smart TV.

I really want my guests to feel at home when they are in one of my apartments. I would love for them to feel At Home in Madrid.

Great stay

Perfect apartment in perfect location

We really enjoyed our week in this generously appointed apartment. Communication with the owner is easy and quick. She kindly let us stay much longer on departure day because our flight was moved to the evening. The apartment is in the middle of the lively Chueca neighborhood but quiet. The bed is very comfortable, as is the shower.We will book this place again and can recommend it wholeheartedly.

Wonderful

From the time we arrived and they let us check our bags early til when we left this was the perfect place to stay. The location is perfect for walking to everything you could want to see in town. I highly recommend this location!

Couldn't have been happier.

Gorete is a fantastic host, and the apartment is everything you could need for a stay in Madrid. It's in a wonderful location that allows you to walk to all the major sights, and there are plenty of supermarkets and lovely restaurants within 5 minutes of the apartment.

Great location for absorbing Madrid fully

The apartment is great to be a Madridian. We really enjoyed the location able to walk too many locations, including the Prado museum and so much great food within walking distance we are walkers and discovered that we walked over 7 miles each day supermarket two blocks away very comfy accommodations.

Perfect location

This apartment is in the perfect location to explore Madrid on foot! We loved the market down the street for all kinds of food, and Nunuka restaurant just a fees doors down for Michelin star Georgian food! Amazing meal, get reservations! Gorete was so helpful and easy to contact. Five stars!

Perfect location - clean and comfortable. Everything we needed.

This apartment is in an ideal location. We walked to most attractions. Felt very safe. It was nice to have a local supermarket. The apartment was clean, nice updated bathroom and comfortable bed. We would certainly stay here again!

Communication before & during was great! The space is exactly as advertised. Everything we needed was available. It was in the perfect location, with dining, & shopping nearby. It was an excellent home-away-from-home away for the week that we stayed. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything I want in a rental

Great location, great bed, elevator, quiet street, communication great, good lighting, netflix, bathroom modern, kitchen with all I wanted, great restaurants and store steps away.. If and when I return to Madrid, I'd love to stay here again. Really, there is nothing lacking here

Comfortable and Classy Apartment in Heart of Madrid

Quiet Area within walking distance to all attractions. Lovely place for two people, it has great light from two large balcony window doors that have shutters when you need extra quiet and privacy. Apartment was perfectly hosted and has every you need for a week, month or more stay . A real feeling of space and wonderfully comfortable. Traveling for 7 months in Europe with variety of stays:apartment or hotel etc, this was by far the best apartment.

Very comfortable and great service from Gorete

The apartment was everything we hoped for. Spacious, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood was fun and convenient for museums. When we arrived late on a Saturday the heat wasn’t working and Gorete had her helper stop by to help us. With a space heater and an extra blanket we were very cozy. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Above and beyond in nearly every way

Great location and like-new condition. Wonderful design, beautiful decor, and many extra touches that make it luxury: ceiling recessed lights in living and bedrooms, new compact dishwasher and new washer/dryer combo, Netflix included, travel books. Exceeded expectations repeatedly. Above a surprisingly busy street with traffic noise and late-night voices from patrons outside nearby (good) restaurants. Shutters help mitigate the noise. Location great -- we walked to nearly everything and didn't even use the Metro!

Great Central Location!

Everything from before checking in communication and checkin process was so easy with the hostess! The amount of information provided was above and beyond what you normally expect. I appreciated how perfect this place was. Modern and clean with touches of old building architecture with exposed wood planks. There was nothing left to desire in a home stay, except maybe a little longer time of hot water for showers. Either that or I need to learn how to take faster showers 😊 I would definitely recommend this place and would love to be able to come back.

Best apartment!!

If you're looking for a darling apartment in the heart of the Chueca neighborhood of Madrid, look no further. I just finished a three month stay working in Madrid and was so fortunate to find this beautiful apartment as my home away from home. It's darling, with gorgeous, tall windows that open to little Juliette balconies overlooking the street below. Amazing bars, restaurants and coffee all within a few feet of your front door! The building is very secure, the apartment has everything you could want and the neighborhood is one of the best in Madrid! The owner is a GEM, who is so welcoming and eager to make sure your stay is perfect. Seriously...stop looking and book this place. You won't be sorry!

Style, Location, Comfort!

This is the third flat we've rented in Madrid with the happiest results. Chueca is sometimes called the Soho of Madrid, but it's really not like Soho at all, which can be seedy and tasteless. Rather, tasteful shops and lovely buildings with iron balconies line the beautiful streets. Small cafes and excellent restaurants are steps away. Equally appreciated were the small organic food markets and the San Anton market, just steps away. Saturday night would be my recommendation with the liveliest crowds and the freshest offerings. The apartment is on a beautiful street, quiet by day, and well, very lively at night. If you're sensitive to noise, you'll need to use the AC and shut the shutters, which do a remarkable job. The apartment has a super comfortable, king size bed, often hard to find. Moreover, the apartment is spotless--so clean in every corner and drawer, and this is much appreciated. Gorete and her assistants are such a wonderful team. Gorete is quick to respond to any questions and so accommodating. Especially, important to us was proximity to museums, most within walking distance. The Metro stop, however, is close, and Uber generally works very well. When you're in a city and running around, it is so nice to picnic at "home" and to have a lovely space to return to. We couldn't have been happier.
