A close walk to everything!
You don’t need a car during your stay, so you can forget about traffic jams, parking problems and fines ! Just enjoy your holiday in Cannes !
But however if you come by car , do not worry the apartment is located in one of the few streets of Cannes where parking is free and there are places in every season!

Conveniently located behind the famous Palace, the Hotel Martinez, in a quiet street, no nightlife, just 200 meters from the Croisette and beaches, 600 meters from the Rue d'Antibes, 600 meters from Port Canto, 1300 meters from the “train station of Cannes “and 1800 meters from the Palais des Festivals, the apartment is located in the residential area of “ Basse Californie “
It is the 5th floor of a building of 6 floors , very well maintained.
There is a guardian and intercom access.
The most beautiful sandy beaches of Cannes are 200 meters including a free public beach and public beach at very attractive price.
Many shops (Laundry, Petit Casino, pharmacy, cafe, restaurant, salon, tobacco, banks) are within 250 meters.
You can also bring your children to rides in the garden of the Rose Garden, on the Croisette at 250 meters or Gabres Park.

It is very sunny afternoon overlooking a private garden well maintained than seen in a photo.
The apartment has been completely renovated by an architect in 2006.
It is equipped with air conditioning SAMSUNG.
Very bright and sunny living room, spacious with a sliding glass door aluminum, double glazing, overlooking the balcony.
The living room opens a fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster and microwave, 2 hotplates, hood and oven) with bar and two stools.
Also found in the living room table and 4 white chairs and a comfortable sofa bed 2 places .
Flat screen 32 inch Samsung is in the living room.
Bedroom with double glazed aluminum windows, bed 2 persons in 140X 190 style chest with 3 drawers.
Ruffles electric roller equip all windows .
Bathroom with shower, sink, closet with mirror and WC.
A wardrobe with sliding doors and mirrors is in the entrance hall and will store your personal belongings.
