THE SPACE
Living Room – high-end furnishing throughout. Sliding doors open to the outside patio and pool area with the impressive Santa Rosa Mountains as a backdrop. It is equipped with a 65” HDTV, ready to watch your favorite shows on cable or Netflix.
Kitchen – come and put your cooking skills to the test on the Wolf range oven. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay, including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, blender, and so much more! Enjoy your meal on the kitchen counter, dining table, or backyard BBQ dining area. Or create your favorite cocktail with the equipped luxurious cocktail set.
Primary bedroom – king-size bed with memory foam mattress and 65” Smart tv. Direct access to the rear patio. Access to the private main bathroom suite with double vanity washbasins, tons of storage space, with a double shower. The large closet must be seen to be believed!
Guest bedroom 1 - queen-size bed with memory foam mattress, 43” smart tv, and walk-in closet. Guest bedroom 2 - Brand new queen-size bed with memory foam mattress and walk-in closet.
2nd bathroom – double vanity washbasins, storage, bathtub with shower.
Laundry room – LG washer and dryer with additional storage.
Other amenities – the home has a Nest thermostat controlling a central air conditioning and heating system. Free secure high-speed wireless.

The minimum age requirement is 28 years for the principal booker.

Pool heating is NOT included in the rental rate; we require an additional pool fee of $50 - 100 PER DAY, depending on the year's season. We DO NOT preheat the pool and spa. During hot months: July, August, and September: most likely, we do not ask for a pool deposit. We might ask for a pool fee during April, May, and June. We might ask for a pool fee during April, May, and June. Spa heating is $25 per day extra from Nov - March. If you pay for the pool heating, the spa is included.

So that you know – all the specifics will be indicated in the contract emailed to you. You are obliged to sign.
Instructions will be emailed three days before the rental date.
Please indicate the precise amount of guests and pets staying.
We have a base price for two people (most reasonable) for additional guests over two people. The booking site ads $15 per person per night automatically. If you filled out for two people but are four, the system will give you a different accurate rate.

The pet fee is $75 for the first and $25 per additional pet. It does not automatically add the other pet's expense and will be sent as a different payment request nearer to the rental date.
