This spacious, first floor condo has everything you need to feel at home. The open floor plan offers comfort and relaxation. Whether you choose to watch a show in the living room, enjoy a book and coffee on the large lanai, or soak up the sun by the heated pool, this condo has everything you need to make your holiday remarkable and memorable.

Each bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and a spacious closet. There are two full bathrooms located in the condo, with a walk-in shower and grab bars in the master. The condo has easy access to the heated pool and beautiful views of the inlet.

The condo is equipped with everything you need for your stay: fully equipped kitchen, a 55” HDTV with cable television, WiFi and printer. An additional TV is located in the master bedroom. Glass doors lead you to the furnished lanai from both the living room and the master bedroom. You're only steps to the heated pool and the community dock where you could pull your boat up to and enjoy lunch at home or cast a line in and test your luck at fishing.

You can choose to bbq poolside at the grill or choose from several restaurants within walking distance of the condo. Take the free local shuttle (Siesta Key Beach Trolley) that travels along the island, stopping at Siesta Key Beach and The Village. Explore Siesta Key beach, voted #1 beach in the US, or venture off the island to the world-famous St. Armand’s Circle located in Sarasota for its shopping and restaurants.

The condo is located within walking distance to Turtle Beach as well as the marina. The local marina offers various water devices for your entertainment.
