Oase in der Bretagne

Ruhig gelegenes sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus fernab des Trubels direkt am GR 34 gelegen und wenige Gehminuten vom Plage de la Tossen. 10 min zum Hafen mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt und sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl Gefühlt.

Bon rapport qualité/ prix. Accueil impeccable et location propre, le lit était fait. A l'étage, vieux parquet en bois assez bruyant si on doit se déplacer la nuit. Belle luminosité intérieure. Nous y avons passé un bon séjour.

A beautiful week on a noce environment

Having passed many holidays in France, this was the first time in Bretagne. The site, Paimpol, is a medium sized town with a nice port and one can find every offer, necessary for a nice holiday week. The house, was ideally located at the border of the twon with a magnificent two side (!) on the coast line and the ocean. Especially the sunrise in the morning was impressing. The booking process was not complicated, a lot of proposals from the owner, what to do in the area, the reception very cordial, so we had a nice time. If one thing should be critized, it was the state of the barbecue, which needs really refreshment. If you want to enjoy Britanny, it‘s a good place

Une belle maison idéalement située

Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique. La maison est grande et très bien agencée, nous étions 8 et nous avions beaucoup de place. La situation à 2 minutes à pied de la plage, et 10/15 minutes à pied du centre est idéale. La maison est bien équipée, et la terrasse surélevee ainsi que le beau jardin sont des vrais plus. Nous reviendrons !

Tout s’est très bien passé et une super disponibilité de Vincent, la personne qui s’occupe de l’arrivée/départ/aide éventuelle. Juste une correction à effectuer dans l’annonce, ou les draps sont indiqués inclus mais en fait payants en supplément.

Drei traumhafte Wochen!

Es war das erste Mal, dass wir so früh im Jahr in die Bretagne reisten: Ende Mai für drei Wochen. Und es war toll! Das Haus ist sehr schön, der Garten war toll für unseren Hund, und mit dem Blick aufs Wasser auf die Segler oder Fischerboote konnte man Stunden verbringen! Zum Hafen und der Altstadt mit kleinen Geschäften und Restaurants war es zufuß nicht weit. Und wir hatten drei Wochen Sonne! Nur die ersten 8 Tage wehte ein heftiger Wind dazu. Wir können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen! Nur für den Sommer, da sollte der Besitzer einen Sonnenschirm oder ähnliches anschaffen, damit man irgendwo einen Schattenplatz findet.

Belle endroit calme et agréable

Notre attente était au RDV vu magnifique maison très propre et bien aménagé et très bien équipé ! Un bon moment en Bretagne à conseillé . L’accueil et disponibilité et les conseils de Vincent était très bien .

Ne jamais délaisser la sécurité

Dans le cadre de l’entretien de cette location il serait nécessaire de remplacer le volet roulant qui ne fonctionne plus. Cela jouerait sur la sécurité. De même le téléviseur est à remplacer le son est insupportable. Enfin d’après le réceptionniste la porte d’entrée ayant fait l’objet. D’une tentative d’effraction il serait souhaitable de renforcer la fermeture.

2ème fois dans ce gîte. Tres ravis. Superbe vue sur mer et proche du centre ville de paimpol. Toutefois, un manque de couverts et mugs. Obligés de faire tourner le lave vaisselle trop souvent. Mis a part cela, excellent.

Traumhafte Aussicht, geräumiges Haus

Das Haus liegt direkt oberhalb der Badestelle. Durch die Einfassung ist schwimmen auch bei Ebbe problemlos möglich. In den Sommerferien ist die Badestelle bewacht. Durch die Strandnähe und den benachbarten PKW Parkplatz gibt es erhöhten Publikumsverkehr, der aber durch das große Grundstück nicht lästig wird. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, der Hausmeister sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn man selber geren kocht, sollte man seine eigenen Messer etc. mitbringen: Die Küchenzeile hat eine Basisausstattung mit IKEA Utensilien für 8 Personen. Der Zugang zum Haus erfolgt über eine Außentreppe, im Erdgeschoß gibt es ein seniorengerechtes Schlafzimmer mit Bad. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Deuxieme séjour dans cette maison agreable , idéale pour une grande famille et située à côté de la plage, au depart de promenades au bord de la côte et proche de Paimpol. Nous y retournerons!

Very nice house at the sea

Very nice contact to Alain and Vincent. Alain was very responsive on mails upfront. Vincent was very responsive and reliable for check-in and check-out. Even at a very early time we left. The house is really beautiful and exactly meets the description. We had a very nice stay with 2 families and 2 dogs. We can highly recommend this cosy house.

Situation de rêve

15 jours de vacances avec vue sur mer. Chaque couple avait sa salle de bain et et wc indépendant. Vaisselle et ustensiles en nombre. Notre bébé de 8 mois avait sa chambre avec lit parapluie et chaise haute. Beaucoup de choses à visiter. Et n’oubliez pas de goûter les glaces chez ADAM à Paimpol et la crêperie Ty KRAMPOUZ.
