Here to ski. 2 car garage perfect & easy drive to shuttle parking or gateway lot up the mountain. First floor bedroom and bathroom perfect for the oldest in our group to avoid stairs. 2nd floor 2 bedrooms, Bathroom & living room. Would stay again. Owner super responsive. with large sectiobig TV
This is a very nice, new clean townhouse in Sandpoint, ID. We rented it for a ski trip to Schweitzer for New Years. The beds are comfortable and have great bedding. The towels are plush and nice. There are nice amenities in the bathrooms as well. The property manager is very responsive and helpful. The den has comfy couches and a giant TV for post ski hang out time.
We loved the condo. Very well-stocked kitchen. Beds were super comfy. Very glad for a two-car garage and ability to park our third vehicle right along the garage door. That made loading super easy. The owner was very responsive when we had questions about heating. We highly recommend this condo.
We come out to Idaho every year. We have friends that we visit and my husband and son go hunting for bear. This year my son got one!!! We were all very happy with the stay. The owners were so nice and were easy to get ahold of and responded to our VRBO questions quickly. The house was clean and furnished well. Thank you very much for such a nice vacation. We plan on coming to Idaho next year again!!

Relaxation ala Sandpoint
First class place. So close to town - very appealing. Received address correction way too late to recognize …. #620 vs #1402. Caused much confusion. ( did not see the email sent at noon arrival day). All I all, 5 star. Thanks
Modern, clean and great location.
The address on the building doesn’t match the address that was given in the check-in email. The upstairs sink doesn’t drain properly. The beds are not that comfortable, way to soft. There is a spider problem over the front door on the outside. Aside from those minor things that can be easily changed, it was a great stay. I would definitely stay there again.

Sandpoint Townhouse-Daisy St unit
Overall the trip was great. The townhouse was extremely clean, beds comfortable, all kitchen supplies available, had laundry detergent and most necessities required for a weekly stay.
On the downside-incorrect address supplied which caused confusion and delayed checkin. Owner was non-resonsive and we ended up on phone with VRBO rep for over 1 hour. We ended up in another unit. Coffee maker was broke-so mornings required a coffee run each day(not ideal). TV's were difficult to get working as expected. No checkin instructions provided which would have helped. Grill was apparently shared with another unit and that was not clear so we never used.
The town house was nice clean inside ! The outside where enjoyed to sit and have conversation was very disturbing !! Lots of spider and webs all over ! Th BBQ was filthy and covered with spider webs . The bushes needed trimmed all the way down th side walk ! Inside the pans to cook with are trash !! 1 tablet for dishwasher and has no jet dry for dishwasher ! Two dish towels was all there was for using to dry things , no wash cloths . Upstairs should be some games for families to play ! We have stayed in several houses now all over the country ! They usually have these things ! Need some simple tools like hammer , screwdriver , tape I had to hammer a nail down with a knife handle ! They were very nice but not prepared for families & not kept up outside at all ! Thank you for the use of your place !! Need to change picture on site to !
Very clean, well equipped home. Easy to access and plenty of room in the garage for a large SUV. Comfortable bedrooms and family room.
The only minor drawback was there seems to be no soundproofing between the units (duplex) and we could easily hear the neighbors the last two days of our stay.
Great location just blocks from downtown Sandpoint. Everything was clean with new furnishings. The beds were comfortable. The double garage was a bonus as well.
The property is in a great location for getting to Schweitzer Mountain Resort. It is also very conveniently located to restaurants and stores in Sandpoint. It is spacious enough for my family of 6 with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It could use to have a few more dishes and cutlery. It was a little bit of a struggle with my family of 6 to be able to not have to wash dishes more than once a day without running out of cups or bowls.
Stayed w my sister and her dog Bailey. Great place to relax and vacation. The owners even had blankets available for lounging on the couch- a nice, extra touch.
We are both natives of Sandpoint. We went to school here; left for a season and came back home to raise our family. We have 3 children who are involved in indoor and outdoor sports. We enjoy hiking, fishing and all the beauty that Lake pend Oreille has to offer. We are involved in our community and enjoy time with family and friends.
Why they chose this property
Sandpoint and North Idaho have much to offer; beauty, recreation and relaxation. If you can't live here you will surely want to visit and play here! Come and enjoy our hospitable community and pristine area lakes and mountains.
