About this property

Point Loma is the jewel of the Peninsula. Prepare yourself for beauty by the sea. This newly remodeled 1735 SF, 3 level Town-home decorated in seaside decor.

Two master suites with one king and one queen size bed, 3 patios and full private bathrooms, laundry room. Full kitchen, 1/2 bath at living area and secured parking for total relaxation. Included with the rental are four boogie board and two beach comber bikes.

There are many wonderful restaurants with lots of music in the neighboring bars and grills. This is not to mention Humphries is within walking distance, bringing it's world-class entertainment to the neighborhood.

Located just two blocks from the wharf is this neighborhood that has all the amenities. Deep-sea fishing, paddle and boogie boarding, sailboats and skiing.

This quiet neighborhood is not to be confused with Ocean Beach, which is just a five minute drive over the hill. Ocean beach offers wall-to-wall bars, restaurants, music and of course a wonderful beach if surfing is your thing. The airport is a 2 mile cab ride and downtown San Diego 4 miles from the doorstep. In other words you're a stones throw away from turning it up, or turning it down for your relaxing stay.

The full house is yours to access, except a locked closet.

If your passion is fishing, a two block walk to the wharf will award you dozens of fishing boats ready to take you on a deep sea day trip or longer. Check out the amazing catches of tuna and many other types that run the southern pacific coastline.

Four boggie boards await your adventure to the warm sandy beaches, at your own risk and responsibility of items of course.

Should you decided to venture out by foot, two beach cruzers are ready for your adventure to the miles of restaurants, entertainment and sites provided by the miles of beautiful shorelines of San Diego!

Highly recommended

Highly recommend staying at this property next time you are in San Diego. Very spacious for a family of 5. Convenient location, kitchen fully stocked, comfortable beds. Host was good about checking in with us and was easy to work with. She also provided beach towels, chairs, umbrella, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful end unit townhome

Spacious 3-level townhome with laundry and 2 car garage. Decor is perfection. Quality finishes, fixtures and furniture throughout. End unit offers local views and abundant light. 2 short blocks to harbor and numerous restaurants/bars. You will not be disappointed

We found a treasure!

This beautiful condo was perfect in every way! Location: We loved the central location. We never had to travel more than 20 minutes for any of our adventures. Comfort: The condo had EVERYTHING to make us feel at home and comfortable! We were a group of 5, mom, dad, 2 grown daughters and a son in law. The space was perfect for us allowing for privacy. Beds and showers were amazing. There were too many unexpected extras to even name. Neighborhood was very walkable and quiet. Sheri was such a responsive host and very accommodating with an early check in request! We would not stay anywhere else on a return visit.

Shutter Island coastal perfection

Beautiful 2 bedroom, 3 bath home central to everything. So close to the bars and restaurants along the harbor, less than 10 minutes from the airport, this was the perfect landing spot. I wish we had more time to enjoy this beautiful home. Sherri was the best! So responsive and just a lovely host.

Perfect Location, Beautiful and Comfortable Home

We couldn't have found a more perfect, beautiful and well-appointed home for our family stay with our son and daughter-in-law and grandchild. There were so many extras that made our stay even more enjoyable, like beach chairs, toys, stroller, wagon, high chair, portable crib, bicycles, and so many things we didn't have time to use. It is a perfect location just walking distance to the harbor and kayaking, and close to the San Diego Zoo, the airport and great restaurants right on the water. Our host was gracious, accommodating and helpful. I can't recommend this home enough. We will be back!

Beautiful condo!! Almost too pretty to leave to explore the city. We would love to come back and stay next time we’re in SD. Condo had everything you could ever need and then some. Very clean and beautifully decorated. We loved Coronado Island too!

Lots of large windows & natural light, is end unit

4 adults (2 couples) stayed here. The place is very well taken care of, super clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen table is next to a large picture window and we had fun playing cards and games here. Each bedroom has soft bed sheets and a comfortable mattress, which was great. Each bedroom has its own private full bahroom. Unit has a washer and dryer also. It is located close to a harbor, which we went to for a couple of meals. Sheri responded quickly when we had any questions, which were mainly just for "where are some nearby places to eat?" This place is even nicer in person, we were very happy to stay here and would again for sure. There is parking available in the garage, and on the street in front of unit. Parking our car was not a problem. The livingroom is spacious and has a nice L shaped coach, and chairs and the kitchen also had a large picture window in front of sink, which was great. Lots of nice natural light and large windows. We really enjoyed our stay here!

PERFECT Stay in San Diego!!

We came to visit our son (USMC) from PA. This home is even more beautiful than the pictures! Spotless, beautifully decorated, absolutely comfortable beds. The owner spared no expense! Bed linens were clean & comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked. I was delighted to see the showers were fully stocked w/ shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, soaps in all dispensers. Tissues, paper towels, just everything. I note these seemingly simple items because we’ve stayed elsewhere w/o any of these things & needed to do a full shopping trip to start our vacation. Sheri was the best host. Prompt responses to any questions we had, access sooner then expected. This was the best experience we’ve had visiting CA to date! I look forward to reaching out to Sheri for future stays!! THANK YOU!!

Sheri's place is in an ideal location. Easy access to most of the activities we enjoyed. The house was everything it offered. Very comfortable and clean. Location, location

The best part of the house was the location. We liked being able to walk to Point Loma Seafoods, Eppig, and to coffee. The place was also clean and comfortable. We appreciate the balcony space, in-suite bathrooms, and the A/C. We wished the ice machine in the refrigerator worked. There was not a mobile garage opener available which was an inconvenience. Additionally, the keyless entry pad at the front door stopped working so we had to enter in through the garage - which is really, really small.

Outstanding!!

My family stayed here while attending Family Day and graduation at MCRD. The location is very, very close to the base and the airport. The area is lovely, with anything you need close by (grocery, liquor store, coffee shop, restaurants, etc.). The home is gorgeous (the coastal decor is fabulous!), super-clean and host was amazingly easy to work with. We had no issues during our stay. If you are co side ring this rental, do not hesitate. Book it NOW! I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property with everything you need and more

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We were initially impressed by how lovely it was decorated and all the attention to detail. Once we settled in, we became even more delighted by the added touches to make our stay exceptional - water bottles in the rooms, all the seasonings you might need for cooking, sparkling water in the refrigerator, comfortable beds, TVs in every room, fully equipped kitchen, and everything you could possibly need for the beach. We didn't need a single thing during our stay and the property manager maintained excellent communication from beginning to end. Also, this location is close to everything (airport, Sea World, beaches). We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others. You won't be disappointed!
