About this property

Restored house in a contemporary style with one floor in a quiet area on a plot of 5000 m², with views of the surrounding mountains of the Drôme Alps. Young truffle on the property. Pool fenced front of the house available from June.
On the ground floor, equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge) overlooking an enclosed patio dining area overlooking the outside. 1 dining room with a small lounge area (wood stove). 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140, 1 bathroom (shower, washbasin), 1 WC.
Upstairs, 1 living room TV with DVD player, stereo radio and sofa, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds with bathroom (shower and sink), and 1 room with 1 bed 140 with bathroom (shower and sink), 1 WC.
Sheets and duvet covers are provided.
Outside: garden furniture and barbecue under a pergola outside the house.
Many villages perched nearby (The Poet Laval, Marsanne, La Laupie ...) The house is located between Dieulefit, town known for its potters and craftsmen Montelimar (15km), famous for its nougat. In the heart of a region with rich and varied architectural heritage (Château de Grignan, Château des Adhemar ...) museums, the region hosts many festivals in summer (Saôu Chante Mozart Festival night Grignan, Montelimar Agglomération Festival, Crest Jazz Vocal ...)

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances dans la Drôme. Le logement était parfait. Très bien placé. Il ne manquait rien. La piscine est un vrai plus.

Een mooie gîte met prachtig uitzicht

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Het huis is netjes, mooi en erg schoon. We hebben ook veel gebruik gemaakt van het fijne zwembad. Je kunt zelfs de auto overdekt parkeren. En wat een prachtig uitzicht. De eigenaren zijn erg aardig. Dit huis is zeker een aanrader.

Entspannter Urlaub

Sehr nette Vermieter, die uns mit Tipps wie Fahrradtouren, Wanderwege und Restaurants gut beraten haben. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, gut war auch die Garage mit direktem Zugang ins Haus, das Auto musste so nicht in der prallen Sonne geparkt werden. Der Pool war eine angenehme Erfrischung am frühen Morgen oder nachmittags als wir von verschiedenen Unternehmungen zurück kamen. Alles in allem rundum zufrieden,- wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr netter Empfang von Christine und Michel. Vielen Dank auch für den leckeren Willkommensgruß. Das Haus war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Durch die ruhige Lage und den herrlichen Blick, kann man gut entspannen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Woche!

Schönes Häuschen in der Provence

Sehr schöne Gegend (Wandern, Radfahren), toller Pool, den auch unsere jugendlichen Kids für gut befunden haben. Tolle Märkte in der Nähe, viel grün trotz der teilweise hohen Temperaturen. Alles bestens.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben eine schöne Woche Urlaub hinter uns und können das Haus zu 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen ! Lage ist ruhig und wunderschön gelegen, ideal für Ausflüge. Haus insgesamt sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet ! Sehr gute Betten ! Pool war der Hit bei unseren Kindern. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder !!!

Petit coin de paradis au calme proche de toutes commodités

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison au calme. Très bien agencée avec 3 salles d’eau et une véranda très pratique en cas de temps frais ou de pluie. La terrasse ombragée est très agréable. 4 transats confortables pour bronzer ou lire au bord de la piscine. Boulangerie, boucherie et supermarché au village, à 5mn en voiture ou 20mn à pied. La région est belle. Bref, tout y est pour des vacances réussies. Et les propriétaires, très accueillants, nous ont donné des bonnes adresses de restaurants. Nous recommandons.

Nous avons passé 10 jours très agréable, en particulier grâce à la piscine et la terrasse sans aucun vis à vis. Les propriétaires ont été également très sympathiques et prévenants. Si cela était à refaire, cela serait sans hésiter !

Séjour reposant dans un cadre privilégié

Très bel environnement au calme. Charmante maison bien aménagé et agréable à vivre avec le plaisir de se rafraîchir dans la piscine. Les balades et découvertes aux alentours ne manquent pas. Les propriétaires sont bien sympathiques et soucieux de votre bonne installation.

Lovely gite, location ideal really peaceful and quiet but close enough to the town to walk in.

Gite is delightful, pool is nice and clean and a decent size, the sun room on the side of the house is ideal for breakfast and dinner. Bedrooms are comfortable and big enough.

Clean, easy, convenient, quiet, spacious.

Just close enough to the village to walk for daily croissant. Woodland walks nearby, decent sized, well maintained pool. Medieval village within easy walking distance. Huge birds of prey overhead almost daily. Ground floor of house stays cool in the heat. We would return quite happily.

Sehr erholsame und entspannte Woche!

Nach einem herzlichen Empfang durch unseren Vermieter (nochmals vielen Dank für die leckeren Kekse und den Kuchen!) haben wir eine sehr erholsame und entspannte Woche verbracht. Durch die leicht abgelegene Lage des Hauses kann man eine faszinierende Ruhe und einen schönen Ausblick genießen. Das Haus ist sehr schön saniert und bietet durch seine moderne Einrichtung den Komfort, den man sich vorstellt. Vor allem meine Kinder haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten trotz des nicht so heißen Wetters den Pool genießen. Im nahe gelegenen Ort finden sich optimale Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, man bekommt alles, was man so braucht. In nächster Umgebung kann man schön spazieren gehen oder kleine Wanderungen unternehmen, um die nächsten touristischen Attraktionen zu erleben, muss man etwas weiter fahren. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!
