In a charming little village of 600 inhabitants 10 minutes drive from Ponte de Lima, the oldest city in northern Portugal or close to the beaches of Viana de Castelo, vila praia Ancora, we offer a new ground floor 250m2 on a plot of 2000m2, Very good solar exposure with large terrace, veranda, private pool '' not secure '' 8x4 depth of about 1 meter to 2 meters with 4 corner steps, a solar shower.

PARFAIT !

Très belle propriété ! Avec une vue magnifique ! Avec tout le confort, les chambres sont parfaites. L’extérieur est super. Le grand + avec sa piscine couverte qui nous permettait d’avoir l’esprit tranquille avec nos enfants le soir. Propreté ++ Notre hôte est d’une gentillesse. Très à l’écoute. Je recommande ++. Superbe

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine avec nos 2 enfants. La maison est parfaitement située pour rayonner dans le nord du Portugal. La véranda électrique sur la piscine était vraiment top pour la sécurité du plus petit. Il y a tout pour passer un super séjour.

Genial

Todo perfecto, casa muy amplia y cómoda, muy limpia y todo muy nuevo. La cocina muy bien dotada de menaje y electrodomésticos. No hemos echado en falta de nada. La piscina y zona de barbacoa y jardín también muy amplia . Las vistas desde la casa y jardín preciosas. Mi marido iba en silla de ruedas eléctrica y no ha tenido ningún problema de movilidad. Se agradece la rampa para acceder a la vivienda y que salva el pequeño escalón de la entrada. El contacto con Anne, la propietaria , por email y con Alice allí presencialmente, han sido muy correctos. Ambas muy amables.

Superbe villa

Très belle propriété conforme aux photos, villa très bien équipé avec une magnifique vue et très belle piscine. La maison est très propre. Nous avons été Très bien accueilli , Il y a deux cafés dans le village, les patrons sont d’une extrême gentillesse. Nous avons beaucoup visiter car il y a beaucoup de choses à voir aux alentours (Braga, Porto, Guimarães, Viana do Castelo). C’est un pays très accueillant avec de très beaux paysages … ponte de Lima est une ville très agréable Nous avons passé de superbes vacances. Merci à Anne pour ses conseils. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir

La casa Rosanna est une très belle propriété avec tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un très bon séjour. Autant l'intérieur que l extérieur est très bien entretenu avec beaucoup de gout , c'est très agréable. Anne notre hote est très à l'écoute et d'une grande gentillesse avec le soucis de notre bien etre;. Je recommande vivement cette belle villa et j'espére moi mème y revenir. Un grand merci à susanna qui nous a accueilli chaleureusement Nous avons passé de très bonne vacances.

Fantastische week

Geweldig huis, wij waren met 4 dus alle ruimte. Garage erbij en aparte wasruimte. Alle privacy. Prima kruidenier op 5 min lopen. Stadje Ponte de Lima op 20 minuten rijden prima voor borrel en avondeten. Puntje van kritiek: 4g is goed, WiFi van het huis niet.

Séjour exceptionnel

Très très belle villa, très bien équipée, un bel emplacement avec une vue exceptionnelle c'est sûrement notre plus belle location depuis qu'on vient au Portugal. Très bonne réactivité des propriétaires avec de bon conseils en cas de besoin. Merci aussi à Susana.

Estaba todo fenomenal, mejor aún que lo que se ve en las fotos. Toda la casa está equipada con todo nuevo y de buena calidad. El único problema ha sido la WiFi, no pudimos hacer uso de ella puesto que no llegaba a conectarse en ninguna momento

Parfait !!!

Bonjour nous avons passé des vacances des plus agréables. Cette villa est juste PARFAITE sur équipée bien agencée bien pensée fonctionnelle en plus d’être belle et moderne sans parler des points de vues qu’elle offre. Calme est sérénité on accompagner ses vacances. Avec un accueil chaleureux de Suzanna. On a l’habitude de louer ce genre de bien et nous la recommandons au plus haut point. Nous y retournerons certainement dans l’avenir.

Beautiful Villa

The Villa is lovely, very modern and excellent quality finishes. Plenty of space and a stunning pool. Surrounding area is also good. Quiet village but only 15 mins from Ponte De Lima which is a beautiful medieval town with plenty of history, shops, great value restaurants , bars and lots to explore. Une villa magnifique et reposante dans un cadre typique

Séjour parfait au niveau des équipements de cette superbe villa. Piscine, cuisine d'été, vue. Nombreux commerces à proximité. Localisation idéale dans le Nord du Portugal. 10 minutes de Ponte de Lima,15 minutes de Viana do Castelo, 55 minutes de Accès presque direct à l'autovia.

Très bel endroit

Séjour début Septembre dans cette magnifique maison , offrant tout le confort moderne et parfaitement située sur un beau terrain bien entretenu . Nous avons aimé la superficie de la maison , sa propreté irréprochable , ses finitions de qualité mais surtout l'aménagement extérieur ( poolhouse ) nous permettant d'organiser notre séjour autour de la belle piscine. Nous avons été séduit par le village et surtout par l'authenticité et la gentillesse de ses habitants ( de belles rencontres ). La propriété se trouve à proximité de nombreux sites remarquables tels que Ponte de Lima , Valença , Viana do Castello mais surtout Guimaraes que nous avons adoré . Juste une petite suggestion : peut être prévoir un plan incliné amovible au niveau de la porte d'entrée afin de permettre aux personnes en fauteuil roulant d’être totalement autonomes (seuil de porte un peu haut ). Trés bon conseils de la propriétaire anne avant notre séjour et un grand merci à annabella pour son accueil sur place . Une expérience à renouveler .

Magnifique propriété

Superbe maison dans un village très calme et plusieurs chemin très proche qui monte au sommet des montagnes avec des vues top!! Elle très propre, très bien entretenu et décoré avec goût . L’extérieur est vraiment magnifique ( piscine, vue , cuisine extérieure.....) très bonne vacances, je conseil

Superbe location très bien agencee très spacieuse agrémentée d'un très beau jardin équipé et d'un Jolie piscine très agréable après nos visites. Nous avons profité du paysage, du calme et du beau temps.l'accueil d'anabella nous a touché par sa gentillesse , ses conseils et son efficacité. La propriétaire a été top .comme c'est agréable de tomber sur des personnes aussi professionnellest nous recommandons vivement cette location

Superbe maison

Très bon accueil. Superbe maison, très fontionnelle, très bien agencée, chambres spacieuses avec grande salle de bain. Propre. Tout le nécessaire pour mener une vie comme chez soi. Seul conseil que nous pourrions donner 😉 plus d'essuies de bain et piscine. Nous avons été enchantés de notre semaine. Maison à recommander sans hésitation. Merci

Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances

La maison est magnifique : spacieuse, très bien équipée, joliment décorée, propre et en parfait état. Le jardin est agréable avec une belle vue dégagée. La piscine a été parfaite pour les enfants, qui se sont bien amusés. La région est très agréable et nos petites excursions nous ont ravi. Anne, la propriétaire, est très chaleureuse et prévenante et Anabela, qui parle parfaitement français, nous a très gentiment accueillis. Merci mille fois.
